The apartment was lovely and spacious. The view was great and the owners were always reachable and very friendly.

There was construction work happening at the neighbouring properties. This was absolutely no fault of the owners and we were even lucky that our one year old loved seeing the construction trucks and cranes. We would still happily book this property again, it was lovely.

Winter an der Förde

Weihnachten und Silvester in der Bus-voll-Butze war super. Der Wintergarten war definitiv ein Highlight, denn so konnte man tatsächlich in der Sonne frühstücken, ohne zu frieren. Auch für Silvester war er hervorragend, das Feuerwerk auf der dänischen Seite war lang, laut und wirklich schön - und wir konnten es im Warmen genießen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Toll ist der Keller mit Spielzimmer und Waschküche. Der Ort selber ist im Winter angenehm ruhig und erholsam.

Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt, ist das Treppenhaus sehr hellhörig, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Schade ist tatsächlich, dass viele Flutschäden an der Küste noch nicht beseitigt sind, Strandspaziergänge sind damit schwierig . (Nur zur Info, dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts! )

Tolle Lage, ein paar Meter bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Alles neuwertig, es fehlt an nichts. Absolut ruhig gelegen.

Lichtdurchfluteter Meerblick-Ferientraum

Sehr schöne, helle Ferienwohnung mit riesigem Ost-/Südbalkon und guten Outdoormöbeln. Großzügiger Wohnraum. Schöne , zweckmäßige moderne Einrichtung. Ein interessanter Mix aus Scandic/Hygge/DIY-Upcycling. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es fehlte nichts. Sauberkeit tiptop. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bockholm ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Holnis, Glücksburg, Flensburg, Arnis, Maasholm oder Kappeln. Man kommt schnell weg und überall gut hin (mit Auto).

Die Tür zum Treppenhaus ist sehr schlecht isoliert. Wenn man das Licht vom Treppenhaus (bei geschlossener Tür) durch die Türdichtung sehen kann und das Gepolter der anderen Feriengäste sich anhört, als würde die Garderobe im Flur herunterkommen, dann weiß man, hier wurde am falschen Ende gespart. Die Schranksituation im Schlafzimmer fanden wir auch nicht optimal. Dass das Bad vom Schlafzimmer abgeht, ist zumindest ungewöhnlich. Die Nachttische sind zu klein und vor allem viel zu niedrig. Ein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster wäre wünschenswert. Und die weichen Matratzen sind nichts für schwere Menschen. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber vielleicht sind ja ein paar Anregungen für das perfekte Wohlbefinden der nächsten Gäste dabei.

Ruhiger, erholsammer Urlaub mit Genuss des nahe liegenden Naturstrand.

Die Wohnung war sauber, es war alles da was man brauchte und ein netter Willkommensgruß stand auf den Tisch. Das große Bett war super bequem, die zwei anderen haben wir nicht benutzt. Der Ausblick auf die Förde war schön.

Da habe ich wohl einen Fehler bei der Buchung gemacht, ich habe angenommen, dass wir direkt in Glücksburg sind aber wir waren in Bockholm, ca 4 km entfernt. In Bockholm gibt es keinen Bäcker oder irgend eine Möglichkeit was einzukaufen auch ist keine Gastronomie dort, diese ist erst im Ortsteil: Drei. Drei liegt ca 2 km weg. Beides mit Auto keine Entfernung. Leider war ich nicht gut zu Fuß und wir mussten das Auto nehmen. Ein Punkt hätte ich noch: die Dusche ist zu klein. Die Duschwände wurden nicht am Rand der Wanne angebracht und somit geht im Inneren Raum verloren. Ich muss dazu sagen, mein Mann und ich sind ehr vollschlang und nicht die gelenkigsten, andere würden vielleicht sagen, dass wird überbewertet, für mich ist da der Komfort beim duschen nicht gegeben.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon sowie die Sauberkeit der Wohnung waren sehr positiv.Die Informationsmappe der Vermieter sehr hilfreich. Die Getränke zur Begrüßung eine schöne Überraschung. Ich kann die Ostsehbutzen nur weiterempfehlen.

Bettdecke,Kopfkissen und der Madrazen Schoner sind leider aus synthetischen Material und man Schwitzt sehr stark. Laute Geräusche im Treppenhaus die Flurtür zu der Wohnung ist nicht gut gedämmt.

Eine wunderschöne Vorosterzeit verbracht

Ein ganz süßes kleines Appartement in sehr abgelegener Lage, aber mit einem unglaublich schönen Blick auf die Flensburger Außenförde. Ich hatte in den 5 Tagen viel Wettergemisch, einmal den Vollmond über der Förde, einmal einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang und einmal nachts Gewitterblitze über der Förde. Alles sehr eindrucksvoll. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, sehr liebevoll und individuell, sauber, funktional und ein voll gemütliches Bett. Das Meeresrauschen im Zimmer zu hören mag für Mittelmeer Hotelanlagen gewöhnlich sein, aber das an der Ostsee zu haben fand ich einzigartig und zauberhaft. Ich habe zu viel in der Region unternommen, um noch Zeit für die Sauna im Keller zu haben, aber ich habe sie angeschaut und fand die Räumlichkeit - abschließbar, mit Ruheliegen, mit Dusche etc. sehr ansprechend. Beim nächsten mal.....

Es wäre unangemessen an irgendetwas zu meckern, weil einfach alles sehr schön war. 2 kleine Hinweise vielleicht. Die im Begrüßungsheft beschriebene Rundwanderung über die Holnisspitze ist nicht mehr in der Form möglich, weil durch eine Sturmflut der obere Weg abgebrochen und gesperrt ist. Das wird wohl auch so schnell nicht wieder. Dem hübschen selbstgezimmerten Kleiderschrank im Flur fehlen ein Stück Kleiderstange und Unterteilungsböden. Das Stück Kleiderstange, was mit ein paar Bügeln im Wohn- Küchen- Schlafraum unter einem Regalbrett angebracht ist, kann man nicht so gut benutzen, weil die Kleidung direkt neben der Küchenzeile natürlich auch die Koch-Gerüche aufnimmt. Ich habe die Schranktüren im Flur offen stehen lassen, meine Jacken, Strickjacken und Blusen über die Türgriffe verteilt - geht - aber so richtig praktisch ist das nicht, wenn man längere Zeit gebucht hat. Da wäre was möglich....

Sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet,bereits kleinste Aufmerksamkeiten wie die Bereitstellung von Kerzen+Feuer dazu und vor allem die Liebe zum Detail lassen keine Wünsche übrig,sehr sauber,Küche hat alles was man braucht,die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar.Allein der Gedanke daran,dass es die Möglichkeit,direkt im Haus,eine Sauna zu wissen und nutzen zu können,erfüllt uns als Gäste bereits mit Wärme,dazu der gemütliche Ruheraum und dass bis auf den kleinsten Gast an Alles gedacht wurde,z.B. das Spiel-und Freizeitzimmer.Selbst die hauseigene Mini-Bar erfüllt auch den allerletzten Wunsch.
