Holnis an sich ist toll !

Das Haus in dem sich die Fewo befindet ist ein sehr schönes Grundstück in bester Lage ! … leider kann man nicht vom Garten aus an den Strand ( nur für die Hausbesitzer) und weil das Ufer von der Flut 2023 zerstört wurde… ( man muss ca 200 m laufen , was im Prinzip nicht schlimm ist , aber wir wollten gerne nachmittags und abends den Blick genießen ) … leider gibt es auch kaum Bänke zum sitzen am Wegesrand … das ist nicht bei der Buchung ersichtlich gewesen, da dies der ausschlaggebende Punkt war, diese Fewo zu nehmen… sehr schade :( Die Ausstattung ist ok , es ist alles da wie beschrieben ( es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie Flaschenöffner, vllt Zitronenpresse , WC Rollenhalter und vllt Heizung für Handtücher und ein zweites 2 sitzer Sofa ) … die Wohnung an sich ist aber in die Jahre gekommen … Die Sitzecke draußen läd nicht unbedingt zum verweilen ein .. es fehlt ein Gartentisch und eine Liege wäre auch nicht verkehrt bei dem Preis der Wohnung , der ziemlich überzogen ist, auf Grund der Lage wahrscheinlich … Alles in allem ist Holnis eine Reise wert und die Ferienwohnung für einen tollen Urlaub ausbaufähig…

Der Geruch in den Schränken… sorry Wenig Lichteinfall in der Wohnung… Hecken mal schneiden… Terasse ziemlich lieblos hergerichtet…
