Sicuramente è una soluzione molto caratteristica, la posizione è molto bella e la sera si può godere di un’ottima vista. (A parte il camion dei lavori con gru parcheggiato davanti alla veranda) Internamente tutto in legno come d’obbligo per questa tipologia di casetta. Bagno piccolino ma funzionale. Posizione ottima per passeggiate, per il lago serve andarci in macchina.
Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre e gli scuri. Tenendo aperta la finestra entravano tanti insetti la sera e chiudendola abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo essendo al piano superiore la zona notte. Alla parte esterna (veranda) va fatta un po di manutenzione perché tavolino e assi del pavimento non erano sicure, le assi si imbarcavano camminando. Le scale interne della casa sono un po pericolose per bambini. Un gradino è molto più alto e si deve prestare molta attenzione a scendere, gli ancoraggi sono pochi
