Bright. Clean. New. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large gazebo with charcoal grill. Plenty of free parking.
Being surrounded by houses, we were asked to honor a 10pm quiet time (ie, move the gathering from the gazebo into the house). Makes sense but there was no indication of this in the listing. More transparency would be appreciated.
House has no livingroom so we made the kitchen the place the 10 of us gathered together. It worked out but a larger room would have been nicer.
Reached the gazebo thru one of the back bedrooms. Odd to say the least.
Wifi was a bit slow with 10 folks connecting. A beefed up wifi router placed closer to the rear of the house (to better reach the gazebo) would be nice.
