A lovely experience

The welcome by the host who spoke very good English. The apartment itself was excellent good facilities well presented with everything we needed even local coffee provided. It was an excellent location to explore Morlaix.

Smart apartment in the centre of town close to wonderful restaurants

What can we say we love the place. Wonderful smart clean modern apartment, created within one of the old buildings in the center of town looking out over the square. So many things going for it, to start with the lift that takes you straight to the door of your apartment secondly the shower which is one of the best I've had in any high-class hotel around the world. Third is too good size bedrooms both with top quality mattresses and blackout blinds as well as double glazed windows allowing you a soundproof environment. The kitchen is smart and functional and the living area which is off the kitchen is more than adequate for four people and a high quality TV with lots of channels. Parking is relatively easy as there is free parking to the right of the local supermarket on Rue de Brest 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Sylvie was a joy to meet and could not do enough to make our stay one of the best of our 10 day trip through Normandy and Brittany.

Nothing we loved it would stay again and intend to.

Sylvie is lovely, very friendly. She met us at the apartment and gave us useful information and said to contact her if we needed anything. Apartment is wonderful. It has everything you need and it was spotless. Location is right in the square, which is central to everything.

Okay for a night.

The apartment was located in the city center.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My neck and shoulder hurt the next day. My son slept in one of the twin beds and his back was bruised. I would suggest the owner install smoke alarms. The property is old with lots of wood.

Warmth of the welcome. Attentive and helpful host. Bright apartment. Elegant and well designed. Everything like new. Elevator opening to the inside of the apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Big shower room. Town centre views. Local shops and fabulous Saturday Market.

Nothing except that we wish we had booked to stay longer.

Conveniently located in the centre of town. Sylvie was warm, welcoming and very helpful. beutiful and compact appartment with quality appliances and furnishing, including an internal elevator

The entrance door lock was a little annoying. Nice chairs, but a sofa would be a little more cosy.

Fantastic locarion right un the middle of the historic centre, perfect for walking to the key sights and restaurants

It's an old building, so the floor in the.master.bedroom is slanted so the head of the bed could do with being raised up a little.

Très bel appartement très bien placé.

Nous étions au centre de Morlaix, nous étions donc très bien placés. Le stationnement était un peu complexe car il n'y a pas de parking gratuit la semaine tout près de l'appartement. par contre au pied de l'immeuble, il y avait un petit parking gratuit le samedi après midi et le dimanche, ce qui nous suffisait.

Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle. Mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant.

Przytulny aparatment z widokiem na historyczną zabudowę Morlaix.

Bardzo wygodny i przytulny apartament w ścisłym centrum Morlaix, w bezpośrednim otoczeniu restauracji, sklepów i głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Apartament znajduje się na górnym pietrze kamienicy, ale do dyspozycji gości jest winda prowadząca wprost do apartamentu. Jest wprawdzie trochę klaustrofobiczna i jeździ żółwim tempem, ale jest niezastąpiona przy wnoszeniu bagażu - bez tej windy byłoby ciężko. Apartament jest ładnie urządzony i panuje w nim nienaganna czystość. Podwójne okna chronią przed hałasem z ulicy. A z okien rozpościera się bardzo ładny widok na zabytkowe kamienice i mały rynek. Obawiałem się kłopotów z parkowaniem, ale okazało się, że nie było z tym problemów, zawsze udało mi się znaleźć miejsce w pobliżu apartamentu - tylko w niektórych godzinach były one płatne, zresztą ceny nie były jakieś szczególnie wygórowane. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania atrakcji, zaułków, ostępów i zakamarków Bretanii. Polecam pieszą penetrację Ile Callot. Pani gospodyni sympatyczna, rzeczowa, no i rozmawia z zagranicznymi gośćmi po angielsku, co znacząco ułatwia komunikację a co we Francji jest niestety rzadkością.

W sumie jedyne czego nam brakowało do pełnej wygody to zmywarka. Za to była pralka, która po prawie miesięcznych wojażach po Francji okazała się zbawienna. Trochę ponura klatka schodowa, ale jakie to ma znaczenie. Generalnie nie ma się czego czepiać.
