A fabulous studio, packed with amenities and a great host

The perfect stay in an fabulous apartment. The host was accommodating and friendly, despite arriving later than expected. The room was a studio with a seperate bathroom. The location in downtown Morlaix was excellent. Our dog was welcomed - which was a bonus.

Superb

Sabine was very nice and helpful. Location was great,close to restaurants and old village. Very clean and lots of space. With coffee and tea and everything the kitchen. Parking free during the weekend just in front.

I didn't mind cause I always take my eye mask when travelling, but notice it doesn't have blinds, just curtains .

A well presented property in the heart of the town

The location is right in the center of the town close to the old quarter. Property was clean well equipped and the host friendly, what more could you asked

I have bad knees and the stairs while not a challenge were a bit of a problem. Apart from that we found the property comfortable ans no other problems.

As we were on route between France and UK, we had a very agreeable short stay where we could relax.

The studio apartment was tastefully set up and spotlessly clean. Its central location was very convenient.

The entrance hall was cluttered and somewhat off putting.

Very generous and warm welcome. Superb value. Superb care and attention by the owner who has made a studio of great comfort and elegance. We'll thought out design with a lot of style. Comfortable wide bed. Useful well provided kitchen. The location overlooking a town square (see photo) gives wonderful views below and to the historic houses beyond and hills behind. Good shower and washing facilities. Memorable and generous breakfast. Owner was outstdingly helpful with accompanying me to find a parking place which was a bit difficult as normal spaces were restricted as the next day Saturday was market day. The market runs through the whole town centre. It is famous and an absolute must to visit

Nothing at all about the studio apartment. Access via sat nav was a little difficult but we managed ok. If on a schedule best to allow 15 mins extra for parking. If arriving Friday ask owner where best to park for the night.

Appartement is gorgeous, absolutely recommendable for your stay in Morlaix, best location (right in the city centre, close to a bunch of good restaurants, bakeries, etc.), beautiful decoration, very comfortable bed, and easy check-in / check-out. Would have loved to stay a few nights longer!

La struttura è molto curata, in ogni minimo dettaglio e nulla è lasciato al caso. Abbiamo deciso di cenare in casa e c’era tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, tra cui anche spezie e sale. Tuttavia ci mancava l’olio e Sabine gentilmente ci ha prestato l’olio per cucinare. Gentilissima

TOUT : l'emplacement , la loc et biensur la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sabine 😍 C'est exactement ce qu'il faut pour une personne seule ( un couple aussi je pense ) mais moi , je me suis sentie comme un poisson dans l'eau dans ce petit appartement tout confort .je suis morlaisienne mais plus d'attache...et cerise sur le gâteau , mon petit chien ( un petit york de 11 ans ) était avec moi ❤ Excellent séjour et forcément si je reviens à Morlaix : je vais chez Sabine 🤗👍 🙏🙏 pour tout A très bientôt Kenavo

Un joli petit endroit cocooning au cœur de Morlaix. L'appartement est nickel, avec toutes les commodités. Sabine est absolument parfaite et a répondu à nos quelques questions avec rapidité. J'ai marché 15 jours sur le GR34 et MORLAIX était ma dernière étape cette fois-ci. M'arrêter ici a conclu magnifiquement cette itinérance.

J'ai vraiment apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire ainsi que ses réponses positives à mes différentes demandes. On ressent un intérêt à ce que le résident se sente bien.Très agréablement surprise du studio cozy agréablement décoré et agencement très bien pense, de tout le nécessaire que se soit dans la cuisine, la salle de bain.Le wifi est à disposition gratuitement dont le détail est à disposition proche de la télé. Les serviettes, gants de toilettes et gobelets pour mis à disposition dans la salle de bain. Le couchage est superbe, très bon matelas et grand lit cela a permis un très bon repos. Appartement très bien placé, proche de pas mal de restaurants diverses et variés (indien, italien etc...). Appartement très propre rien à redire. Au top Je le trouve mieux que sur les photos.

L'appartement est cosy, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé même pour un long séjour, confortable... parfait ! Il est situé en plein centre de Morlaix avec tous les restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le chant des mouettes, vue sur les maisons typiques de la ville... j'oubliais l'accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

L'emplacement dans le centre-ville, et le soin donné à l'ambiance, la déco. Petit espace très cosy, bravo !

Semaine de vacances dans une très jolie région, où nous reviendrons prochainement sans hésitation.

Logement situé en centre ville, proximité de tout commerces. Le stationnement très proche du logement gratuit pour les Véhicules avec carte "PMR". Même si les places de parking sont très souvent prises.

Appartement situé au 2ème étage, étant PMR mon épouse et moi-même, bien que n'étant pas en fauteuil roulant nous avons eu énormément de difficulté avec cette gêne occasionnée par un manque d'information sur l'annonce de ce logement. Il faudrait que la propriétaire le mentionne sur sa publication, afin d'éviter à d'autres personnes dans notre cas pathologique de se trouver confrontées à ce désagrément.
