Great place, not so soundproof but would stay again!

I liked the room, it was beautiful and central. Entering the place was easy and there was a kitchen, bathroom, shower all in good working condition. Fairly comfy bed and a nice view and dishwasher

You could hear sounds from the flat beside and below, like talking and tv but luckily we had similar sleeping schedules. There was also the construction of a circus outside, but not during hours I was sleeping luckily.

Lovely apartment. Poor communication.

The location is excellent and the apartment is large and comfortable

The confusion with our booking. I made 2 separate reservations so as to add an extra day and was assured that we would keep the same apartment, but two days before we were due to leave we were told that we would have to change. I reinforced that we were told in writing that we needn't move and we heard no more from the apartment owners at all - nothing, and we have heard nothing since.

The location was ideal and our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

We were active with no mobility issues. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor. It should be mentioned when advertising the accommodation there is no lift. Not suitable for anyone elderly with reduced mobility.

Excellent location right in the centre of the town. Secure storage was available for our bicycles. Appartment was very well appointed and clean and comfortable.

The stairs to the appartment were very steep so may be a problem for people with reduced mobility.

An apartment that is great in every way except the unacceptable lack of bedding and towels.

The apartment is in a great location, its clean and comfortable to an extent. It's totally fine.

The linen situation is just not on. At the very least an accommodation which has been paid for through a site like booking.com should be supplying linen and towels and not looking for additional money.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Morlaix

The location is excellent. It’s right in the center of Morlaix within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was nicely decorated, and there was ample equipment for cooking, including a dishwasher. There is a big room downstairs where we could leave our bicycles.

The property is great but communication was poor. We received a message with the code to get into the building but we were not told which apartment we were in. There was nobody to meet us but luckily someone who knew the owner was entering the building and was able to call and find out. Also, we didn’t know that there was a washing machine available or that we could use the facilities in the communal room.

Good stay

Location was excellent. The studio apartment was spacious, clean, and with comfortable bedding. We were able to use the washing machine on site to wash clothes. We didn’t cook, but it was great to have a refrigerator and coffee maker.

As noted by many others, if you’re a light sleeper, internal soundproofing may be an issue for you. We could easily hear voices and snoring of our neighbors, footsteps above, and people coming and going down the stairs. For us it wasn’t a big deal for 2 nights, but it depends on you and the luck of who else is in the building and how respectful they are.

Staff was friendly, waited for us to give us the keys. We could also bring in the bikes. Free tomatoes and lots of appliances in the common room. The apartment itself was very big with plenty of usetensils. Location is also very nice.

Some doors could not be closed properly. Walls are not sound-proof but there were no noisy neighbours.

Does the job.

The location was great: right in the middle of town. The room was spacious and had all the things one needs. The property has a washing machine and dryer, and the common room also had other nice features such as brochures and the like.

The arrival was fairly cold: I received a door code through SMS, but then no-one was there and there was no information on what room I would be in. I tried to call but none of the phone numbers worked. Eventually I got an SMS with the room number.
