Loved it! Will be back again
Excellent location, very warm considering it was the end of January. Very cosy for a large property.

Lovely flat in great location, poorly managed.
Brilliant location right on the sea front, easy access and easy parking (though can imagine this might be harder in the summer as we stayed in low season. Great facilities and everything we needed. Was mostly clean with the exception of bedsheets mentioned below and didn't at all smell of dog which we find some doggy places do especially in winter. Was gorgeous watching the sunrise in the mornings. Shame about the details which could have really elevated it. See below.
The second bed sheets had blood on them which looked fresh and made me wonder if they had been changed. The duvet under them was stained. The blankets had holes in and we found old dog biscuits in the blanket box. The kettle only worked if on a completely level surface and wire in a certain place so took several attempts to get it to work each time. The master bedroom looks onto the bin store and just piles and piles of thick seagull droppings which as a previous reviewer mentioned just really isn't nice to keep walking past. I thought in the previous review this was just pinickity but it really does have an impact. We kept the blind closed so we didn't have to look at it. The welcome gift of millionaires shortbread was out of date which was a real shame. The armchair in the living room was mudstained on the arm. All these (except the bedsheets) weren't huge in themselves just took the edge off what could have been an extra special place and stay. But the noise from the flat above really was terrible. They woke our children between 5am and 6am every day with banging and running back and forth and even at one stage knocked on the internal flat door. It was noisy during the day as well but less impact as we were all awake and have kids too. I guess it is a ground floor flat but noise hadn't been mentioned in any other reviews so we thought we would be ok and that it wouldn't impact sleep. We gave the property management company our feedback and haven't been given any compensation except an email to say they don't run the flat above and will replace the kettle so just wanted to leave a review to say that if you book you won't be offered customer service if something isn't great. It's a lovely flat in a great location which couldn't really be perfect with very few touches and attention to detail.

Had a lovely time in a fabulous location.
Amazing location - especially good when the window cleaner arrived Monday morning so we could see the spectacular view.
There were some issues of cleanliness, hairs in the pedestal of the basin in the en suite and some cutlery unclean. Dishwasher also had warning light on so worked but wasn’t cleaning fully. Blind in single room doesn’t go down fully so we blocked the gap wish a cushion and pillow so it was dark for night time. Also couldn’t get lights under kitchen units to work.

Good property, would stay there again
It was well equipped, spacious, perfect location
The en suite bathroom was damp, it smelt really musty. An extractor fan would be a good addition

Excellent Location
Location was excellent, round the corner from the High Street and right on the sea front. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable and the lounge beautifully decorated.
The bedrooms were surprisingly small. The patio at the front was nice to sit in the sun, but no privacy. Back yard was filthy from the seagulls.

Worth the £ and a super cottage
Located inside Crag path just opposite the sea. Easy to park. Everything of high quality- lovely kitchen and quiet bedrooms.

Aldeburgh sea view
Wonderful location near to sea and shops.
Bedroom 3 very small. Sea view ruined if you park outside as requested. One chair in lounge, otherwise very deep seating.
