Charming place to stay close to Avignon center

The place is wonderful, the host extremely friendly and helpful and the room perfectly equipped and clean. Breakfast was great and it's also very easy to get into Avignon town center.

It was very hot at night, so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, this let a lot of mosquitoes in and we got bitten a lot. Some sort of fly screen would be a great help!

A beautiful house on the outskirts of Avignon old town( 20 mins walk). Parking was only 50m away. Bruno is an excellent host, welcoming, informative ( gave us a beer on arrival and a map).

Really nice feel to the property, like staying at a friend’s home. Bruno was lovely and accommodating, and went out of his way to draw a map of the town and advised on what places to visit and which ones to avoid.

It was awesome, a very kind owner

I felt as at home, owner made more than standard (still offer something, but for my comfort), everything was clean, special slippers, two towels, possibility to switch on TV (I didn't use it), perfect wifi, place to sit, and much more. I gave first time 10/10, it was awesome.

hard carpet in my room (but it was only about one meter, on other place was beautiful gentle carpet), hard matress ( but owner can't have more than one mattress...and one mattress can't be comfortable for everyone)

A very pleasant stay

The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and well appointed. The host let me use his dining area for my evening meal; a lively conversation between him and the other guests made this stay-over a memorable experience.

Excellent stay for a great price!

Everything from the breakfast to the rooms were amazing. The description says it’s a hotel but it’s more of a house stay with someone. Everything that was listed was provided and of great quality. I loved the stay and would absolutely recommend anyone I know going to Avignon to stay here. Thank you!

Sa proximité avec le centre ville à oeufs ou en bus ; produits d’hygiène fournis et super petit déjeuner ; conversations très intéressantes avec le propriétaire

Les chambres situées en étage peuvent être une difficulté pour des personnes a mobilité réduite ; ce n’était heureusement pas notre cas

Un hôte chaleureux, des espaces agréables et accueillants.

Notre hôte a été de très bon conseil pour découvrir Avignon, de place en place ! Il était très disponible pour nous accueillir, nous a même déposé en centre-ville le dimanche matin pour pallier la faible fréquence des bus et c’était un plaisir de discuter au petit déjeuner ensemble !

Excellent séjour

L'hôte est très accueillant, serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Le lieu (maison, chambre) est très agréable, (la maison dispose d'un petit jardin), d'une propreté impeccable. La chambre est indépendante avec un dressing, un toilette et une salle de bain à part. On trouve à proximité plusieurs restaurants bon marché pour déjeuner ou diner. Facilité de parking de la voiture près de la maison. A tous égards, remarquable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tres bon accueil par notre hôte qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour la visite d'Avignon. La maison est très bien tenue. La décoration est très recherchée et de bon goût. Nous nous sommes vite sentis comme à la maison.

Ein kleines Paradies in Avignon

Der Gastgeber überraschte mit sehr interessanter Information über Avignon und die Umgebung. Sehr sympathisch und ein sehr gepflegter Garten, wo man sich wie im Paradies fühlte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man fühlte sich immer sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals hierfür. 👍🏻

ブルーが基調の素敵なお家と美しいお庭に訪問させて頂き嬉しかったです。当時はフランスの鉄道のストライキに遭遇し、到着予定時刻より5時間程遅く到着しましたが快く迎えて下さり。また翌日はオーナーのアーティスティックな手書き地図でアヴィニョン城内の観光の説明をして頂きました。そして週末前でお客様が少なかった事もあり、重い荷物で場内の移動は厳しいからと教皇庁近くの次の宿泊先まで送って下さいました。もう感激しか有りません。

Appena fuori le mura di Avignone, accogliente, calda, piacevole e con monsieur Bruno che è veramente una persona eccezionale! Gentile e disponibile, ricco e puntuale e preciso nelle informazioni per godersi Avignone, città e paesi dei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Un accueil chaleureux dans un gîte de charme, malgré l'environnement urbain déprimant.

Excellent accueil . Hôte très sympathique. une petite maison avec beaucoup de charme. De bons conseils pour le dîner. Emplacement très pratique pour quiconque arrive de la gare TGV.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux, les portions de beurre étaient un peu limitées, Et ce serait sympa de compléter avec par exemple des œufs .

Wunderbar! Marvelous! Merveilleux!

Bruno ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und unglaublich hilfsbreich. Er hat uns ein persönlichen Stadtplan aufgezeichnet, uns Tipps gegeben und uns noch mit seinem Auto zum Bahnhof gebracht! Wir haben uns auch gerne über verschiedene Dinge unterhalten. Die Wohnung, der Garten und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr individuell gestaltet. Wir konnten auch die Küche und das schöne Wohnzimmer mitbenutzen. Ungewöhnlich: Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück à la carte, die Speisekarte war sechssprachig. :-) Man merkt, daß Bruno gerne Gäste hat, um die er sich ausgezeichnet kümmert, so daß auch diese sich zuhause fühlen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine bessere Unterkunft und einen besseren Gastgeber kann man sich kaum wünschen! Bruno is a very friendly host und really helpful. He drew us a personal citymap, gave us hints for the best places and a lift to the train station with his car! We also enjoyed conversation about different things. The house, the garden and the rooms are beautiful and individually designed. We also could use the kitchen and the nice living-room. Unusual: We had a rich breakfast à la carte and the menu was in six languages. :-) One cannot oversee that Bruno likes having guests at his home, and he takes care of them very well, so they can feel at home as well. So did we. You cannot dream of a better place to stay and a better host!

Tutto : la posizione, la splendida casa, la nostra stanza e l'host. È tutto molto curato nella sua semplicità. Bruno è stato un padrone di casa fuori dal comune - veramente interessato a consigliarci e creare un legame con i suoi ospiti. Se tornassimo ad Avignone torneremmo da lui con molto piacere.

Cosa ci è piaciuto? Tutto!! La casa è troppo carina, tutta in blu e bianco. Bruno è un super host. Stupendo, gentile, disponibile a dare un consiglio su dove andare e cosa vedere ad Avignone. Letti super comodi. Ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati...anche se solo per una notte. Stra-consigliato!
