La ubicación, con el tranvía rápido acceso al centro y al lado del apartamento estaba el centro histórico, también tenía cerca tiendas y restaurantes. Muy importante, tenía cortinas! El sol sale muy temprano! La comunicación con los propietarios buena.
No tenía ventilador y en mayo hace calor. Se podría haber pedido pero creo que ya debería haber uno al igual que había una estufa.
