great location, clear communication with the property manager through the chat, all electronics function well, beautiful refurbished apartment.
the sofa bed cracks. too old. this needs to be replaced by a new one urgently! not much cleansing material. we had to buy detergent ourselves. No instructions about how to sort out/toss the garbage. These are small things but they can surely make a huge difference when it comes to comfort and quality management.

Location was great. Shower and bathroom the highlights of the apartment.
Communication with the host was poor. I asked the same question three times and never got a response. No iron or ironing board which I'd consider a must. Towels were hard and the bed is small for two people. More like a large single than a double. Duvet wasn't big enough for two. Not enough shampoo or shower gel for the duration of our stay. 10am check-out is early compared to other hotels/B&Bs. Attention to detail lacking otherwise would be a much higher rating.
