Brak mikrofali, brak deski do krojenia oraz porządnego noża , na stole w salonie przydała by się chociaż jakaś serweta albo obrus bo stolik brzydki, porysowany. Na balkonie niestety brudno i nie przyjemnie, a szkoda bo można naprawdę fajnie go zagospodarować. Po za tym mieszkanie duże i przestrzenne.

Top Lage, große Räume

Treppenhaus ist erst mal erschreckend. Einrichtung ziemlich klapprig, Parkplatz wäre top.

- Great location - there are mini-markets and cafés right below the apartment, which is very convenient. - The apartment is quite spacious and has a lot of potential. - The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. -The view from the balcony was really nice. - There is quite good Wi-Fi. - There is also a washing machine, which is convenient for longer stays. Overall, the apartment has its own charm, and the location is definitely one of its strongest points.

First of all, the communication with the host was very poor. Replies took up to a week, even after 3–4 follow-ups, and some questions were never answered. While I was waiting for a reply about late check-out, I was receiving breakfast menu messages, but when I had questions about them, I received no response. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very slippery. The apartment door is very old and was difficult to lock, especially in hot weather. The apartment had a strange smell, and the sofa, pillows and tables were dirty and really need to be replaced. The dishes and cutlery were also dirty. The fridge is very small considering the size of the apartment, and there are no chairs on the balcony. The shower cabin is very small and slippery. The tap water had a strange smell. There is no coffee, only tea. There are some pans for cooking, but no oil, salt, pepper or other basic supplies. The washing machine is available, but there is no washing detergent. The apartment also needs renovation and better maintenance. Regarding late check-out, they do not allow even one extra hour. After waiting a week for an answer, I was instead offered to extend my stay for an entire night at a very high price. Overall, the apartment has a great location and some good features, but the communication, cleanliness and condition of the apartment were disappointing. I would probably not recommend staying here.
