Casa molto bella e super centrale, consigliatissima!

Very close from the Old Town - 5 minutes walking distance. Nice apartment building complex with private inside courtyard Nice clean apartament situated at the 1st floor with all the amenities. Comy beds - it has 2 single beds and 1 master bedroom with a big bed very comfy beds. Cute kitchen good bathroom. Very warm and cosy apartment. I especially enjoyed the living room with the 70's old school design and the view. Cute coffee Shop downstairs and also a nice cheap supermarket just outside the street.

No complaints here. Thumbs up 👍

Ubicación: Simplemente excelente, ideal para disfrutar de la zona. Alojamiento: Nos encantó el apartamento. La decoración es súper moderna y está cuidado al detalle. Sensación: Logra transmitir un ambiente muy acogedor; te hace sentir como en tu propia casa desde el primer momento.

Como puntos de mejora, eché de menos un trato algo más personalizado, ya que la comunicación con el anfitrión se sintió un poco fría mediante mensajes automáticos. También sería un detalle excelente incluir detergente para la lavadora y que las instrucciones de salida (como la ubicación exacta de los contenedores de basura) fueran un poco más claras.

Central location, but quite noisy. The apartment is on the first floor, without an elevator. Communication with the host was perfect until a problem arose with cleanliness.

I did not like how the host handled the problem with the dirty bathroom and bed linens. I asked the host about checking in half an hour earlier, and they approved it. However, when we arrived, the apartment was dirty, and the host did not respond to my complaints. An hour later, they sent a cleaning team and tried to make it my fault for booking late, which was not true (I booked the property three months before arrival). Later, they sent a message with apologies and promised to reimburse me for the inconvenience, but that did not happen.
