Location, location, location. It is in the old town zone, very alive at day and quiet at night, near tram and bus stations. Have good local restaurants nearby, and also a nice zabka half a block away.
It would have been nice to block clarity better in the morning, so dark curtains are needed, at least for summer. The fan was also a bit warned out, and it was a very hot stay, so it should be replaced asap. Otherwise everything was good. No luxuries but a comfy decent place to stay for a fair price.

Perfect location, bright, spacious.
Translucent white blinds on the windows means the rooms are very bright in the morning - we woke up at sunrise as a result.
