Seaside House 2

The house is spacious, cosy and fully equipped with everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms have a beautiful view to the sea and a big terrace. The other bedroom is facing a pine forest which brings refreshing air in the nights. We were nicely surprised by the welcoming set of foods & drinks left for us in the dinning room. The hosts are super kind and helpful. There is a private sandy beach with sun-beds and umbrellas, just across the street, only for the guests of the house. Paddle boats, jets, etc. are available nearby. The Shy Shark beach bar was a good extra as well with great service and kind staff. The neighborhood is calm and safe. Polychrono is on a walking distance. Perfect choice for a pleasant and relaxing summer holiday.

Families with toddlers and elderly people might have to consider the stairs from the living room to the bedrooms.

Owners, location, cleanliness

Great location, 50m from the beach, very nice view, private parking, very clean, very friendly host, welcome gifts with local products, fully equipped room. Everything was great!

The appartement has 2 floors, very spacious and balcony with chlotes rack for each room. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things. The host is very kind and provides prompt feedback which we really appreciated. They also gave as a welcome gift☺️ There is one AC in the living room and one in a bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. It is more than enough. The house is very well isolated. We turned the AC on only for 2 days, out of 9. The house is literally 30s away from the sea. At the beach there are 4 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas, which is very convenient. There is also a beach bar.
