Clean, spacious, comfortable, stunning pool!

Clean, modern, spacious, beautiful grounds and pool area. Walking distance to a small swimming spot (5 mins) and about 10 mins to Kryopigi town where there are some good food options. Though better to have a car to get around as taxis are expensive. Property manager was responsive and very helpful with recommendations, organising transport and very kindly offered extra cleaning and a late checkout. Plenty of towels, beach towels, robes etc.

Property has some very basic essentials to start off (a handful of coffee pods, some water, even a bottle of wine), however be aware you will need to stock up if staying more than a day. A few minor missing things, no kitchen towel or paper towel, washing powder etc. Other than that, could have easily stayed here for a week!!

Excellent location and staff

We liked the facilities, the pool was great, very clean. The villa was close (walking distance) to good restaurants and supermarkets. Akis was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. We had a great stay!

Прекрасни домакини! Още не бяхме пристигнали и се свързаха с мен, за да попитат ориентировачно към колко ще сме там, за да може да ни посрещнат и да не чакаме. Когато пристигнахме на място, един от домакините веднага ми изпрати информация за това къде можем да хапваме- пекарни, ресторанти, магазини... Къде може да се разходим и къде да плажуваме. И беше супер лесно вместо да се лутаме. Винаги бяха на разположение, ако имаш нужда- имахме случка, потрябва ми нещо и веднага ми се отговори къде мога да го намеря. Всяко място ми се изпращаше с локация. Очаровани сме от мястото/ къщичките и басейна- тихо, спокойно, чисто, красиво- хармония! Истинска почивка! Сутрин ставаш и си на верандата, на удобните диванчета, пиеш чаша топла напитка с лимон или кафе и слушаш тишината и водата, която полива зелената тревичка пред къщичката, и гледаш изгряващото слънце... Беше прекрасно! Благодарим!

Ανετη βίλα για πολλα ατομα. Βολική τοποθεσία

1. Ελειπαν βασικα πραγματα τα οποια στο listing ελεγε οτι υπηρχαν οπως φουρνος και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων. Ηταν πολυ δυσκολο το μαγειρεμα και τα μαγειρικά σκευη ελαχιστα! 2. Ανυπαρκτο προσωπικο καθαριοτητας! Ειμασταν 2 οικογενειες με 5 παιδια και υπηρχε μονο μια σκουπα κ ενα φαρασι! Μετα απο 4 μερες μας αφησαν μια σακουλα στο μπαλκονι με πετσετες! 3. Οι παροχες δεν ήταν αντιπροσωπευτικες της τιμης.

Una vacanza rilassante

La struttura è recentemente ristrutturata e le ville sono molto ben arredate e confortevoli. I letti sono molto comodi e garantiscono un ottimo riposo. La piscina è decisamente un plus, molto bella e di dimensioni adeguate. Lo staff è molto disponibile e a noi ha fornito ottime indicazioni per visitare la zona. La villa è vicina al paese dove si possono trovare molti ristoranti e bar per passare la serata, ovviamente è necessario muoversi in auto. La zona è molto tranquilla, immersa nella natura, adatta al relax, il rovescio della medaglia sono ovviamente i numerosi insetti, ma la casa è dotata di zanzariere alle finestre.

Unica critica è la cucina molto essenziale e la mancanza di una lavastoviglie che renderebbe la sistemazione semplicemente perfetta.

Прекрасно място в Касандра

Отлично място за настаняване и отличен Домакин-Акис. Всичко беше супер- вилата, тревните площи, басейнът… Всичко! Горещо препоръчвам това място! Всички вили имат гледка към морето, лесно се стига до тях от главния път и наоколо има въздух и природа, така че да не се задушаваш от навалицата туристи. Акис беше най-любезният домакин, когото съм виждал! Поздрави и за инвеститора , който не е жалил средства , за да се случи това прекрасно място! Допускат и домашни любимци !

Къщата е прекрасна и уютна! Безупречно чисто и с всички удобства. Помислено до най-малкия детайл. Собствениците са внимателни, много отзивчиви и приветливи. Много удобни легла, възглавниците също, хигиената - без никакви забележки. В кухнята има всичко необходимо за престоя. Много приятно изненадани бяхме от комплимента, който ни чакаше при нашето пристигане, но дека да е изненада и за следващите посетители 😀Само адмирации към собствениците на вилите!

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало 🤷‍♀️
