Le logement est idéalement situé, à seulement cinq minutes de marche du Stade Santiago Bernabéu et au cœur d’un excellent réseau d’autobus permettant de rejoindre facilement le centre de Madrid ainsi que les autres quartiers de la ville. Les amateurs de mode apprécieront également la présence, à quelques minutes à pied, de nombreuses boutiques proposant des vêtements de grande qualité. De plus, plusieurs bars et restaurants se trouvent juste en face de l’immeuble, offrant un vaste choix pour se restaurer ou profiter de l’ambiance du quartier. Quant à l’appartement lui-même, il est remarquablement bien aménagé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire se montre très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. J’y séjournerai de nouveau sans hésitation lors de mon prochain passage à Madrid.

La ubicación. Zona tranquila. Supermercado en la misma acera. Variada opción restauración para ir con niños. Muy limpio y luminoso. Estación de metro muy cerca.
Nada. La única pega fué la tv. No había canales sintonizados y no fuimos capaces de sintonizarlos . Tampoco pudimos compartir nuestros dispositivos con la tv.
