CHALEUREUX - Part-Dieu l Confort l Déco Luxe by Dreamy Flat Lyon

Deuxième séjour dans l’un des logements proposés, et toujours aussi satisfait ! Cette fois-ci dans le studio, qui est lui aussi vraiment top. Même s’il est différent du premier, il reste tout aussi confortable, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent immédiatement très bien. L’arrivée autonome est simple et parfaitement expliquée, ce qui rend l’installation très fluide. La communication avec les propriétaires est rapide et efficace, un vrai plus. Comme pour l’autre logement, le stationnement est facile à proximité. Une adresse fiable où la qualité est constante — je recommande sans hésiter !

Good internet speed, which was useful as I needed to do some work. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. Booklet with recommendations for Lyon was nice.

Apartment was way too far away from everything, very small and too expensive for what you're getting. "Check-in" process was complicated, required going to three different links, and required a 300€(!) deposit, which was more than the cost of our stay. I still don't have access to my money back. Parking is not available on the street and is expensive when using a dirty, disgusting parking garage. We were required to take the garbage out, which considering what we paid, you'd think this is something they should have handled themselves, especially considering you have to check out at 10 am and are not allowed to come into the apartment until 4 pm. Will never book this again, absolutely not worth it!
