Studio chic piscine, jardin et parking, Lyon 3

Je suis contente de mettre fait confiance ! Ce logement ne mérite pas ses mauvais commentaires : - très bien placé (commerces à proximité, arrêt de bus, gare ...) - tout mimi, très propre, odeur agréable en rentrant. Tout le nécessaire est sur place, sans compter une petite terrasse bien agréable quand le soleil est là - immeuble agréable et calme (oui, parfois un peu de bruit, c'est un immeuble...) - parking privé sécurisé (pas mal de places dans la rue mais payantes) donc un vrai plus ! N'hésitez pas à le réserver !

Petite remarque perso : les tabourets intérieurs sont pour moi un peu trop haut par rapport à la table (position pour manger un peu courbée) et pas top confort. Mais c'est secondaire et personnel.

Luckily we looked past the two bad reviews and gave this apartment a chance! This apartment complex is brilliant, a safe and secure building with the added bonus of a pool! We were able to drop off our bags early and explore the area around our room! The apartment is on the outskirts of Lyon, making it ideal for a cheaper and more relaxed stay, which was exactly what we were looking for after our 4 weeks of travelling! We very easily were able to catch the C3 bus into the city centre and explore the city from there! But we spent most of our time enjoying the pool, the pool had a security guard and lots of welcoming families, that all clearly love using the pool too! The room itself is very modern and can be used to just sleep in, or a full use and stay like we did. We didn’t find a problem with the room being small like the other reviews, it was perfect!!!

The key lock had been moved prior to our arrival which we had not been informed of! Meaning we were stuck outside the property on the phone to the hosts, who I believe are an organisation so was slightly complicated! Luckily a lovely young man who works for the company of apartments was able to help us and give us all the information we needed!

Die kleine Terrasse zum Essen am Außentisch ist wirklich praktisch, die 30m zum Innenhofpool super.

Außerhalb vom Sommer wäre es mir zu eng für zwei Personen, drinnen essen super unpraktisch. Wenn es auf der Terrasse einen zweiten gemütlicheren Stuhl gäbe, könnte man auch am Abend ein wenig draußen sitzen. Die zwei Außenesstisch-Stühle sind zu unbequem um länger darauf zu sitzen. Garage ist für einen VW-Bus zu niedrig - Auto sollte nicht höher als 1.75m sein. Ist am Rand von Lyon - eine Straße weiter beginnt Villeurbanne und dadurch der Weg in die Innenstadt sehr weit.

La piscine n’était pas disponible il serait bien de l indiquer sur l annonce J ai demande plusieurs fois d’avoir une facture pour le séjour besoin pour mon entreprise et je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu
