Good location near a supermarket and mall..Had the basics including wifi. Very cheap. Mt Maunganui, Tauranga, Papamoa and especially the stadium were an easy drive. Queen and single beds worked well for myself and son.

Minimal instructions. Could have done with a better clean - The oven was filthy! No lock on the sliding door. Felt like a backpackers with back property, sleepout and rooms using the house for washing. Small kitchen among everyone - It needed dishwasher and possibly extension given the amount of people. Shower situation was similar. No onsite host or instructions for the house or contact details. Foreigners had no concept of food scraps or recycling so overfilled the small bins but the outside bins were just as bad! The groups from the rooms and converted garage partied until 5am which made us feel dominated and unsafe..especially given that anyone could walk onsite. If you're a bigger group or family expecting a batch and have the numbers this is ok. If you're an individual or couple, this has the feel of a halfway house where anyone could appear..

Everything is there. There is a kitchen, living room, TV, many amenities.

It felt like home

That it was so close to the public swimming pool and the shopping mall. Only a short drive to the Mount.

There was some miscommunication regarding access to the house. Took 20 minutes to get hold of someone.
