    Good location for a 1 minute walk to the Baycourt Arts Centre . The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and quiet. A good stay for easy access to shows

    The location was convenient for eating out. View was of building construction so kept curtains closed the whole time. Some construction noise in the morning but very noisy other quests quite late the first night. Wifi not great, when we queried it was told the accommodation was full so everyone using it. Room was clean and comfortable but would ask for a room not on ground floor or next to construction site.

    The room and facilities were what was expected. What was not pleasant was looking directly at a neighbouring building approx 5 metres away which meant very little daylight and an ugly outlook. We didn’t know there was blue sky until we got out the front door of reception. It was like staying in a cave.
