    Within walking distance from InterCity bus stop. The hotel was surrounded by the office areas. Only a few minutes to the Strand. Modern facilities. Most shops closed and not much to do after 8. This is not a bad thing. It's quiter. It's a pleasant stay.

    It was a great stay in a very convenient location, the bed was comfortable I just wish I was able to connect my phone to the TV. But everything was lovely and clean and I felt well taken care of!

    1st stay on Tauranga and really appreciate the size of the room.. Since we were traveling with our 1-year-old, the room was spacious enough for him to move around freely without us getting in each other's way. However, we found small metal pieces on the carpet, which immediately raised concerns about a potential hazard for our baby. This lack of thoroughness in the cleaning left us rather disappointed, especially since we were traveling with our baby, even though our initial impression had been very positive.
