as you can see the picture is of the sofa bed that my son was expected to sleep on, I mean seriously they opened and left it like that for when we arrived, also we arrived to see the other picture outside our window and wake up to drilling at 8, no tea bags and the Internet most of the time doesn't work, when we arrived ved the receptionist was polite however as soon as I politely said that unfortunately things were not quite ok , I also politely asked if they were fully booked to which she said I think we are, however when I went online I was able to book another room so clearly they wernt full. she then wasn't so polite and we had to chase her up again about the bed to which she said "we will get to it when we have time" ! whilst she did put a rollaway bed in the room when we got back at 6pm she ignored us as we walked past. the bed and the main bed are solid you get 1 pillow each. there has been no apology and if we could get a refund we would have left. never stayed anywhere that has no idea about customer service and won't stay here again and suggest you don't either , shame because the location and cleanliness is not bad 😞🤬🤬

Good location for a 1 minute walk to the Baycourt Arts Centre .
The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and quiet.

The room and facilities were what was expected. What was not pleasant was looking directly at a neighbouring building approx 5 metres away which meant very little daylight and an ugly outlook. We didn’t know there was blue sky until we got out the front door of reception. It was like staying in a cave.
