Overall I was happy with my stay here - even with the noise issues.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great mattress, quality bathroom, and space to relax on a sofa. It was located walking distance to a couple of expensive dining options, or short drive to more dining options at the Fashion Mall.

Significant noise between rooms (people talking, toilets flushing - really loud!); also the air conditioner was a huge noisy thing installed inside the room, right next to the bed. It was too loud to run overnight, instead I opened the window and put up with traffic noise.

I was overall displeased and will not be returning to this specific location. I have stayed at other Spring Hill Suites

Lobby was well kept. Breakfast was good. Staff present at check out were great.

I had a horrible check in experience with the staff member that checked us in. My room was not clean. More specifically the bathroom. There was hair in the tub and stuff inside the toilet. I made a request for the bathroom to be cleaned while I was out. Only to return and find out they just wiped the sink and gave an extra bar of hand soap. I was only there for one night and would have liked a clean bathroom to use.

Staff wasn’t friendly at the counter. Didn’t share all relevant information. Such as the security deposit. Never got an email or a receipt at checkout.

The location was absolutely perfect especially since we booked late. The area put us close to everything needed for our visit and included nice restaurants just a step across the property. I would do a return visit.

We slept well.

The bed was great. That was about the only thing except a very nice young man checked us out in the morning.

We could hear the people talking in the room next to us. They were not yelling, just two adults having a normal conversation. They had two children and of course they were a bit louder, that’s to be expected, but to hear every word clearly through a wall isn’t right. My husband thought it was because there was a door that could have made those two rooms adjoining. The lady who registered us never smiled once. I asked her if she was the only one there and she said yes. Maybe she had a death in her family.

Great hotel & would book again

Property and location was great! Room was very huge, different layout than usual but loved it, room had a refrigerator, microwave, mini bar, and a desk. Continental breakfast had plenty of options and food was good. Quiet stay.

I didn’t know the Residence Inn wasn’t attached and couldn’t get a room facing the pond view. Elevators were a little slow and made weird sounds here and there.
