Apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. I didn’t use the kitchen in the apartment but would be great if you were staying longer and didn’t want to spend money on eating out all of the time. Location is great for travelling anywhere as so close to the train and tube. Bed was very comfy and the shower was good.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was convenient for transport into Central London. I knocked off a couple of stars for location because Dalston feels just as edgy as when I lived there 25 years ago but with a stronger smell of dope! 😁

We booked a 3 nights stay recently. On our arrival day, our flight got delayed so we messaged the hotel around 18:30 to let them know that we’ll arrive later during the night. No response…Then as we finally arrived around 02:00am for the check in, the hotel staff informed is that our room was not available anymore as we we were considered “no show” and policy is “first come first serve”.
We were left with no room in the middle of the night….
The staff was kind enough to find a solution and found us another room in a different hotel from the same group.
Not the hotel fault but on top of that I was on crutches due to an injury and the hotel did not or could not even organise a taxi to bring us to the new hotel, we had to pay for it.
First time experiencing this situation…..
Despite the goodwill and support for reallocation, I will not recommend this hotel as this is unacceptable. First time and last time.
