We were there to explore the city and go down to the lake. Location was perfect for that. Parking isn’t next to the prop

The accommodation was lovely. Great location and looked incredible. Also very spacious and they prepped the third bed for us as we were arriving late. The host sent photos of how to get there and messaged us if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Great experience.

Only downside was no air conditioning in the bedroom but there was air conditioning in the main living space and the amount of stair to go up but that allowed for a great view from the windows.

Good value for money

Good value for money. The apartment is spacious and modern and it is located in center of Arco with access to many restaurants and shops around. You have also a beautiful view from the apartment. The parking is only 5 minutes walk away and it cost only 1 euro per hour. Arco town itself is very cute and it has many places to visit. Also from Arco it takes only 10 minutes to reach Riva del Garda and only 20 minutes to places such as Limone. You also got a big supermarket only few minutes away. We would visit this place again.

Nothing I would just suggest a bigger picture of the main entrance so you could find the place easier.

7 flights of stairs to get to the beautiful view! Haha! Not mentioned all the stairs lugging up luggage! I would bring your own towel too- the towels are old and crunchy!

Immer wieder!

Tolles, sehr sauberes Appartement, direkt in der Innenstadt von Arco. Von dort aus kommt man super nach Riva del Garda oder auch nach Limone sul Garda. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Toller Preis und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher einchecken. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr verständlich mitgeteilt, wo wir den Schlüssel abholen können. Die Kommunikation war top. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, das macht die paar Treppen, die man hochgehen muss, wieder wett. Von Gewürzen über Putzmittel bis hin zu einem Bügeleisen ist alles da. Die Klimaanlage ist auch top und sogar ein kleiner Turmventilator steht im Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafsofa ist groß genug für zwei Personen und auch die Lage ist, obwohl direkt in der Innenstadt, wirklich sehr ruhig. Geparkt haben wir auf dem großen Parkplatz, der nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist.

Posizione favolosa nella strada principale dello shopping in pieno centro storico, nonostante questo molto silenzioso. Parcheggio comodissimo a pochi.metri. appartamento comodo, di buone dimensioni, ben organizzato e attrezzato.

Unico punto negativo: si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore.

Appartamento il castello

L'appartamento è proprio al centro ad Arco,per cui non si poteva entrare con la macchina. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato nella piazzola, molto grande, a 100m di distanza. Il parcheggio è ancora libero dal pagamento. Posizione ideale per spostarsi comodomenti in bici, visto che la zona è pieno di pista ciclabile che collega arco - riva di Garda e volendo si può andare verso limone (ma ad un certo punto la pista è interrotta) o arco - torbole. Appartamento è pulito, confortevole, climatizzato. Attrezzato bene ma purtroppo il scalda acqua non funzionava, mancava asciuga piatti e tappetino per uscita dalla doccia, ma niente di grave. Sarebbe utile avere anche un microonde nell'appartamento.

Bella, ristrutturata da poco, confortevole e comoda, sia negli spazi che nella posizione centrale della città, proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile, quindi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

unico neo é che si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore quindi non di facile accesso a chi ha qualche problema motorio

Posizione centrale (il parcheggio potrebbe essere un po’ scomodo nelle stagioni di punta). Appartamento ben fornito. E tenuto molto bene. Accogliente e mobilio nuovo. Ultimo piano della palazzina. Ma nessun problema (due gradini in più fanno bene al Fisico!)

Qualche ragnatela sul soffitto da togliere.
