Spacious, comfortable and very clean room and bathroom. Good air conditioning. Appreciated the simple Italian style breakfast provided in the communal dining room. Easy walk to Santa Antonio Basilica.
The gardens and courtyard by the communal breakfast room look tired, neglected, if it was weeded, flowers planted, it would be a lovely space .
Quite a long walk to the property with suitcases from the main road but worth it once we arrived. TV was the size of a computer screen and did not appear to work. We were not really bothered by that as we were there to sightsee.

The privacy, and quiet of location. I love accessibility to the city center, especially the accessibility to train, trams and bus stations. It has every thing In an apartment.

.Easy access, the fact that there was a lift, breakfast
The bad thing about my spacious room on the second floor was that there was NO WINDOW and the skylights had screens that could not be opened (the opening mechanism was broken), so the room was in perpetual darkness . The skylights could be opened slightly.
I mentioned this to the caretaker’s assistant after the first night, but she seemed uninterested and nothing was done.
