Apartamiento muy limpio, bien equipado. Todo muy bien ordenado. Está bien ubicado aunque hay que subir una cuesta pero claro esto es Santander el que no quiera cuestas que no venga. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene justo al lado un parque precioso e inmenso donde puedes echar muchas horas paseando. En 7 minutos andando estas en el Sardinero y en frente del apartamento puedes coger el bus hacia el centro. Se aparca muy bien que eso es un plus a valorar. No hizo falta poner la calefacción porque el apartamento es muy luminoso
Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura automatica de la puerta que no tuvo conexion durante unos instantes y no podiamos entrar pero todo ok. Eche en falta que en el baño no hubiera cerradura.

La ubicación en una zona muy tranquila de Santander, cerca de El Sardinero. Pudimos aparcar muy bien en la calle. Hay un sitio de moda justo enfrente, el Bodi, con unas tortillas impresionantes. Muy buena opción.
La ducha resbala un poco y no tiene barras de sujeción, el resto impecable.
