This house is home base for visitors looking to hike, golf, browse the shops and restaurants or visit one of the many attractions that make Northwest Arkansas so unique!
The Space:
Single-Story Home with ground level direct access, driveway and garage parking. This house offers a warm cozy space for up to 6 people. It offers 4 flat-screen TVs, sofas, master tiled shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 1 king bed, Bedroom 2 king bed, Bedroom 3 queen bed. Fully equipped Comfortable, open kitchen w/ standard coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher & toaster. Very inviting outdoor space w/ screened-in porch and deck w/ beautiful wooded views. Has pellet grill on deck, charcoal grill in garage.
2 Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved.
Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. House not as fully stocked with kitchen or bathroom amenities but made do. ie, no salt, no shampoo/soap.
Cushions on screen porch were full of animal hair. I get that they are outside but they could be lint rolled for the next guests, especially since the next guests arent bringing pets.
