Overlooking the deep blue Cretan Sea, Ammora Villa II combines luxury and timeless elegance in a modern yet classic setting. Enjoy the warm sun, refreshing emerald waters, and spectacular sea views. Located in Falassarna, this brand-new villa comfortably hosts up to 5 guests, offering all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay.
Indoor facilities
Ammora Villa II is a one-floor residence featuring an open-air living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 6 guests. It offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning pool views. Both bedrooms include satellite TVs, while one provides direct access to the outdoor area. The property also features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a terrace.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, a sitting area under a protected pergola, and pretty close there is a dining table for 6 persons. A barbeque spot is in the same area as the dining table offering special cooking moments for you and your loved ones. The private garden lawn is located right next to this area creating the perfect location for you and your loved ones to enjoy the wonderful sea view. Parking space is offered for your vehicles.

Upon request, we can arrange breakfast in the villa at an extra cost. Ask us for the menu and the exact cost.
Ammora Villa II is part of the Ammora Villas, which includes 4 luxury villas: Ammora Villa I (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa II (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa III (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa IV (2 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 8, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Was so pleased to find this lovely villa located quietly in olive groves with fantastic westerly views over the Falasarna Bay and is rewarded by beautiful sunsets every night .
The Villa is incredibly well thought out and equipped with two large bedrooms each with en-suite , large open plan living room with really well equipped kitchen everything one needs . Plenty of towels , individual dressing gowns plus hotel style slippers and local olive oil toiletries give one that hotel luxe feel .i think the photos understate the Villa .
It has that wipe factor on entering the electronic gates , with large patio , shaded BBQ with outside and dining areas with plenty of electric sockets and great lighting that comes on at night show how much thought has gone into designing this wonderful villa .
It was slightly tricky to find but a quick text to the agent Stella quickly put me in touch with Alkistis the owner who met me at the supermarket that the family own and drove to the villa . She is the most amazing host and couldn’t do more if needed anything .
The location is great apart from te views with a couple of local restaurants within walking distance as is one of the beaches or a 2min drive , with the whole of the bay easy to drive and find a multitude of smaller beaches and sections with a good choice of restaurants , most with great views .
It’s a bit of a drive from Heraklion but absolutely worth it .. would be very happy to come back .. a great find indeed 😀�
