After reading a few reviews with personal comments about the staff, I would like to share a different perspective. This is a simple, family-run seaside place in Falasarna — you literally cannot stay closer to the beach. There is a covered parking area right by the door and three tavernas nearby (in early October they were still open; one of them, Gilisma, stayed open the longest, and in the evenings we were often the only guests). The food at En Plo and Gilisma tavernas was very good and reasonably priced. We had two rooms: comfortable beds, working air conditioning and fridge, and a TV — you just need to plug it in 😉. Very clean bed linen and fresh, fragrant towels. The rooms have blinds and shutters, so the morning sun is not a problem. We mostly spoke English, but our basic Greek phrases, learned from many trips to this country, also helped. We were always met with kindness and a smile. The owner was waiting for us at the property to welcome us, and before arrival, the manager confirmed our arrival time and bedding preferences (we were provided with extra blankets and pillows). The owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in a locked area on the day of departure and made sure we felt comfortable. Communication with the manager, Elpiniki, through Booking.com messages was always quick and helpful. We stayed in room no. 3 — on the first floor with a beautiful sea view — and room no. 4 overlooking the surroundings. In both rooms, the mattresses were firm and very comfortable, exactly the way we prefer. In early October there was no noise at all, but we always choose the beginning or end of the season for our holidays to enjoy peace and quiet, away from loud music and crowds. For this price, the quality is honestly balanced. If someone expects luxury finishes — the photos clearly show that this is not that kind of place. But if you are looking for the sea, sunsets, and genuine kindness — it’s perfect. Thank you. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Paweł with family.
I would recommend considering a different method for switching on the boiler :-) It would be great to have an automatic system for hot water preparation. This is just a suggestion—there’s nothing we disliked.

The view was amazing. The sunsets and the simple joys.
We arrived on a Sunday. Party day at the place next door. The music was so loud we contemplated moving. It went on until late in the evening it drove us mad. All we wanted was T hear the waves lapping on the shore in this beautiful place. It wasn’t EnPlo’s fault. I felt sorry for them. It was ok for the rest of the time we were there. Avoid Sundays!!!

The location of En Plo Rooms is what makes it. My room was clean, was equipped with everything that was needed.
It was difficult to know who does what, but there appears to be a family running En Plo, with an overall boss, Elpiniki. There is a man there called "Olsi", along with 2 young teenagers, one boy and one girl, who carry the service for everyone else. There are 3 older women, and 1 specifically who constantly looked down her nose at me whenever I walked in. I never caught the name of this specific woman, but she was wearing the same grey/slate/mauveish tshirt daily. All 3 women have a similar description in that they all have light/blonde/grey hair. For the sake of this review, we will call her Elena. These women did the bare minimum that they could do, saying "Good night" etc however one evening, I tried to ask if there was an external shower and we didn't understand each other. That's fine. I do not expect anyone to speak English. I'm a professional linguist and if I could speak Greek, I would. As I was walking off I heard her mutter something in a derisive manner. She was NOT talking to herself. It is unacceptable to do this to your guests. Major kudos should be given to the young girl, boy and to Olsi as without them there would be no customer service. Despite feeling judged by these 3 women, I did decide to eat lunch at En Plo one day as it was easy for me. I approached the counter to pay and I was stared down by the younger man who was manning the gyros spit and was clearly some form of chef. I get it. It can be difficult in the tourist industry to avoid communication issues, however I did not expect to be treated the way I was which included being confronted with blank stares as I approached the counter. "Elena", the seemingly oldest woman, the chef and another member of staff gawked at me instead of saying something like "parakalo" or "can I help you?" They stared at me until the young girl came by.
