About this villa rental
Villa Dimitra is located in the graphical village Karefilliana. The estate has two levels with large terraces in upper floor, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire surrounding area and the Gulf of Kissamos.
It features a private seasonal infinity outdoor pool with hydromassage for two persons and a beautiful garden.
Perfect for those seeking total tranquility to total switch off and unwinds, with only olive trees and sweet birdsong in earshot, whilst the vibrancy of Kisssamos town and Chania city is just 10 and 30 minutes away. The location coupled with everything our Villa has to offer, provides the perfect recipe for a truly relaxing holiday with peace and quiet guaranteed.

Villa Dimitra is a newly built Villa (2013) of 127 sq.m. and consists of two floors:
The 101 sq. m. ground floor consists of spacious living room, kitchen, 1 double size bedroom, 1 room with 2 single size beds and 2 bathrooms. Wide windows glass provides natural lighting and allows guests to enjoy beautiful scenery outside.
The 2nd floor of 27 sq. m. offers a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea (Kissamos gulf). The office room has a sofa convertible to double size bed, a WC and a small-hidden kitchen place so it can be used as a real bedroom full all the comfort available. The breath taking sea view from the 60 sq.m. terraces outside the office room complete the idyllic floor area . The architecture of the villa was in mind for the view and the result is enjoyable.

We loved Villa Dimitra. It is in a peaceful location and not far from the beaches and local bakery. Information given before arrival was very good and Dimitra was very prompt with getting back to us when we had any queries. Her mother welcomed us with a lovely fruit basket and delicious olive oil. The villa was extremely well equipped (especially the kitchen) and the pool is fantastic. We weren’t aware that another villa had been built in front which changed the view but this did not detract at all from our stay. The villa is perfect for a family of 4. Thank you to Dimitra and her family for being such wonderful hosts.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very clean and Dimitra was very hospitable. We had an amazing family holiday and can’t wait to come back to Crete.

Nice pool area and the house well equipped. Good location for car trips to beautiful beaches and Hania. Well cleaned. A bit more maintanance on the house needed.
