Elia Villa is a brand new 3-bedroom Villa with a private infinity pool with lovely sea views and sunset views, 3 km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. A few traditional taverns are found at about 400 meters away and a supermarket at 1700 meters. The unique Balos Lagoon is located 15 km north.
Elia Villa offers a modern open plan living room area with direct access to the sea view pool area on the ground floor level. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small WC are also provided. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is offered on the ground floor as well.
The top floor features two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and two en-suite shower bathrooms. Two beautiful furnished balconies with amazing panoramic sea views are also available. Wireless internet and air conditioning are provided.
Guests can enjoy the private, sea view pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a small barbecue corner. Private parking space can be found on the premises of the Villa as well.
The long sandy beach of Falassarna, famous for its crystal clear waters and beautiful sunset is found at 3 km away. A few restaurants and taverns can be reached withing walking distance and mini-markets within a 5-minutes drive. The picturesque town of Chania is located at 50 km west and the town of Kissamos at 11 km west.
