About this house rental

You'll find a kayak, bicycles, and more on site at this family-friendly vacation home. Jump into your car and make short work of the 18-minute drive to Piazzale Roma or the 18-minute drive to Grand Canal (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 538-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. We loved staying at this property – the hosts were so helpful in providing us with information and everything we needed. The property itself is about a 30 minute bus ride from Venice and the train station, and the bus stop is across the river some ways away so this unit might be best for a group with access to a car, which my friend and I did not have, but the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating with this. The town the property is in is also beautiful and we loved exploring the shops and biking along the river.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Le propriétaire Marco est très accueillant et donne de bon conseil pour visiter Venise et ces alentours. La propriété est propre et ne manque de rien. Propriété calme et sécurisé. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location qui est proche de tout commerce, centre de Venise et à 40min des plages.
