Beautiful property in the suburbs on Venice

We loved staying at this property – the hosts were so helpful in providing us with information and everything we needed. The property itself is about a 30 minute bus ride from Venice and the train station, and the bus stop is across the river some ways away so this unit might be best for a group with access to a car, which my friend and I did not have, but the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating with this. The town the property is in is also beautiful and we loved exploring the shops and biking along the river.

Marco was great to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations. The property is neat clean and in a great location. The apartment is really nice and modernized with the best beds we experienced in Italy. The property provided bikes we're nice to use and made trips to the area businesses a breeze. The property is centraly located about a 15-20 minute ride to Venice. Marco provided all the information needed about the area, right down to the bus schedule and best restaurants to eat at. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Marco & family, thank you so much for the perfect stay at your accomodation! The apartments are situated in a very well maintained, beautiful and quiet garden. After a busy day visiting Venice, we were always happy to rest and relax in this oasis. Venice is only 20 minutes away by bus. Many of other interesting places to visit in the neighborhood. One of our favorites was Vila Pisani. We also visited Padova (Cappella degli Scrovegni). For kids is the aqua parc Aquaestate in Noale a lot of fun. In every apartment is a map with information on busstops, bustimes, interesting places to visit, supermarkets, etc. Very handy. The apartments are very well maintained, very clean and have new and modern appliances, including air conditioning. In a separate common room one can use the washing machines, ironing facilities, pc, wifi, table tennis table, football table. Even bikes (also for kids!) and canoes are supplied. Just outside the garden is a canal to canoe. Although we stayed 8 days, we have not seen and done everything we wanted. We are definitely coming back! Right now we are already recommending this place to family and friends. In one word this place is perfect! Definitely worth staying at.

Top comfortable family apartment We have often rented apartment, but this was the compact and comfortable . We drove our car through a gate . were friendly welcomed by the owner and we were explained everything. We got 2 flat keys with remote control for each . Our car was always in safety. A laundry was available with washer and dryer; Game room with foosball and ping pong and other games community. And also bicycles and laptop at our disposal. Cycle path we have not discovered, but no matter just on the main road you have to drive carefully. We really had fun sometimes exploring the location by bike. Great connection toVenice in about 15 minutes by car. And the bus stop was very near. If we go back to Venice, we would want to take this apartment again. We can only recommend everyone this apartment; suitable for multiple family members or friends - such as Family meeting point is very suitable - because several units are side by side Once again.

We had a wonderful stay! Marco & family were so helpful and friendly. Our family of 4 spent 7 nights here touring around on bicycle in the neighborhood, shopping, spending days in Venice, going to the beach etc. I would recommend this property to anyone. The property is very quiet, clean, new, and secure. It was easy to get to the bus stop just down the street and directions were very clear. It was the perfect getaway to Venice. Also going for fresh bread in the morning by bicycle or canoeing in the Brenta. What a joy! A beautiful playing lawn is a brilliant feature as well. It's the biggest I've ever seen... We took a short 20 min bus into Venice, which lets you off just at the edge of the city where you can pick up any kind of water transportation you would need or just start walking. We enjoyed restaurants in town and there are many grocery/produce/meat stops between the bus and the parking lot. It was very convenient and easy with children. We would certainly stay here again if we went back to Venice! The patio area is large and perfect for outdoor bbq. Laundry/Internet/games, etc are all available.

For our family reunion we rented Chiara and Rose for two weeks. The two spacious properties were very clean and both Marco and Daniela were very attentive to our needs. Since their French is quite good, we ended up communicating in that language. They were very forthcoming with information which made our stay in the Venice area very comfortable and easy. I particularly liked their info book covering practically all the questions that lodgers might have: from a restaurant list and where to catch the bus to Venice to their recommended day trips in the Venice area. At the end of our stay, it was clear to us that for Daniela and Marco the business they are in is a labor of love not just a business. I highly recommend their properties. The day of our departure they even made sure that the car taking us to the airport is big enough to contain our luggage. For us, being in that area again in the future means staying with them. A. S. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Le propriétaire Marco est très accueillant et donne de bon conseil pour visiter Venise et ces alentours. Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni in questa struttura, la ns. casa, Elisa, era esattamente come descritta nel sito, anzi migliore. La casa e' attrezzata adeguatamente in tutti i particolari ed e' posizionata a pochi km. da Venezia, che si puo raggiungere con bus urbano in 15 minuti ca. parcheggiando la macchina in un comodo parcheggio free in corrispondenza della fermata del bus. A Oriago si trovano i negozi per ogni necessita' e poco distante si trova un ottimo market fornitissimo. La struttura e' molto curata sia negli spazi esterni che in quelli interni, Marco e' stato molto gentile, sempre a disposizione, e ci ha fornito ogni tipo di informazione e "dritta" per aiutarci nella nostra vacanza a Venezia e dintorni. Consigliamo questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza a Venezia e non solo, rientrando la sera in un posto bello, tranquillo e ben attrezzato. Somos una familia con dos niños y hemos estado durante tres noches en una de las casas de Marco fenomenal. La casa es muy bonita y muy nueva, tiene de todo!!! Tienes también la opción de un pequeño porche para estar afuera. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para ir a Venecia mediante un autobús que entra dentro de la zona ACTV a tan salo 15/20 minutos de la plaza Roma de Venecia. Además tienes la opción de alquilar bicis y canoas completamente gratis, si lo hubiéramos sabido antes nos hubiéramos quedado un día más para disfrutar de la casa y de las actividades con la piragua. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le cadre est très agréable, la propriété très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié le prêt gratuit de vélos pour les ballades et la salle de jeux. Nous étions situés à seulement dix minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus qui conduit à Venise, parfait lorsqu'on souhaite éviter de prendre la voiture. Die Obstbäume haben im März noch nicht geblüht, dafür die Mimosen in Venedig. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Super Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder nehmen. Im März durch Fußbodenheizung sehr gut gewärmt. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte 1 Ehebett, bestehend aus 2 Einzelbetten, und 1 Doppelstockbett. Es gibt ausreichend Schränke, um seine Utensilien zu verstauen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Auto parkt sicher auf dem Grundstück. Das Quartier liegt ideal für einen Besuch in Venedig oder in Padua, jeweils ca. 20 km. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für unsere Besuche in Venedig gewählt. (Padua stand nicht auf unserem Programm.) Wer nicht mit dem eigenen Auto in die Städte fahren möchte, der kann den öffentlichen Bus der Linie 53E (Padua-Venedig) benutzen. Fahrpreis nach Venedig je nach Bushaltestelle 1,50 Euro bzw. 2,80 Euro pro Person und Richtung. Für die Variante 1,50 Euro muss man ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren. An der Bushaltestelle gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Bushaltestelle der Variante 2,80 Euro liegt im eigentlichen Ortszentrum; hierzu ein Fußweg von ca. 30 Minuten. Wir wählten bis auf den ersten Tag die Variante 2,80 Euro, weil hier jede halbe Stunde ein Bus fährt.

Ich habe mit unserem Sohn ein paar Tage dort verbracht und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist super gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte und Marco, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, die Kajaks zu nutzen und Tischtennis zu spielen, auch die Ausflugsziele Venedig und Padua und die ganzen Villen sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Belle propriété très belle et très propre à côté du Canal de la Brenta. Très bel accueil de Marco qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Merci Marco pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité. Daniela et Marco sont charmants. L'endroit est totalement conforme à la description. TOus les services que l'on peut attendre pour ce type de location sont la. Cuisine bien equipée, linge de maison (et de plage) fourni, machine à laver, salle de jeux, velos, canoé, bbq .... Le jardin est tres beau et tres bien entretenu. les chiens de Marco sont gentils et bien élevé. L'acces à venise est tres facile par le bus. Bien que notre séjour a été extremement tranquille et calme, si il y a beaucoup d'enfants en meme temps ca peut etre un peu bruyant(en particulier pour l'apartement a coté de la salle commune..

Der einwöchige Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Bett ist gut und das Bad im Haus (kein Stehklo) ist exzellent. Marko und seine Familie sind extrem gastfreundlich und bieten einem zu jeder Zeit Hilfe an. Wir wurden zu Beginn direkt von Ihm an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und nach dem Urlaub zum Flughafen gebracht. Auch die Leute in dem kleinen Dörfchen sind sehr nett und können fast alle englisch. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
