Located on the ground floor of the popular Los Molinos complex in central Costa Teguise is “Casita el Molino”, a cosy apartment with one bedroom with double-bed and one bathroom offers all the comforts of home in a paradise setting. The unit is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower and free WiFi.
The Cesar Manrique designed Los Molinos complex features island typical flair with mature gardens and a unique extra large swimming pool ideal for relaxation.
The apartment is only a two-minute walk from the stunning Playa Bastian beach and the promenade that wraps around the sea front. Access to public transportation, a taxi stand, shops, restaurants and bars are directly outside the complex.

The property is very enjoyable to stay in and comfortable, with easy transport access and good wi-fi. There is a pool you can access by signing in. There are some supermarkets and bars around the corner and some excellent local restaurants within 15-20 minutes' walk. Most things are open despite it being quiet due to the pandemic. The local beach is pleasant and the water crystal clear. Thanks to the manager Julie for being very helpful before and during our trip. On arrival, there were a few things missing due to COVID regulations that we weren't aware of beforehand (e.g. soap and washing-up materials), but Julie helpfully supplied us on the same day we asked about them. That's exactly what you want from your property manager on your holiday. Recommended!

Got to say there were a few things that need mentioning.
1.No English TV channels. I asked prior to booking.
2.Very close to main road this wasn't made clear in the advert.
3.Bed linen wasn't correct for bed Single duvet on a double bed.
4.Outside table and chairs were in need of modernisation.
5.Previous occupants had failed to report a broken shower. This should have been picked up by management or cleaner.
6.Swimming pool area had no toilet facilities.
The owner was very helpful but little things I have mentioned really need addressing.
Would I stay there again no.
