La llegada al apartamento fue maravillosa. Nos habían dejado todo con mucho mimo, incluso unos detalles para los niños. Fue una suerte llegar y tener un par de botellas de agua para solucionar la noche y también el cariño con el que Enrique nos fue informando de todo.

Eché de menos un cambio de toallas y sábanas porque estuvimos 9 días. Sin embargo, al tener lavadora, pudimos hacerlo nosotros. Además, otro detalle fue dejar tres pastillas de detergente de la lavadora. ¡Mil gracias!

Villa was clean. Plenty of cookware and crockery. Staff in pool bar were great . Very attentive and friendly. Only used it once.

Pool area was too quiet. Signs everywhere to say no ball/diving/jumping/ etc. Basically no fun. Every 3rd or 4th sun lounger WAS NOT BROKEN. Alot broken and very uncomfortable as they were plastic. 4 adults and we got one towel each for the week. Although there was a washing machine, who wants to be doing this on holiday, plus no drying area except in a little area between the 2 bedrooms. Not a great area as no sunshine to dry. Would have to use patio area to dry. Maybe host should make travellers aware that there is no cleaning service or house keeping. You have to take your rubbish out to bins on the street yourself. It wasn't really an inconvenience but needs to be communicated.
