About this apartment rental
La Joya del Molino is an apartment located in the Los Molinos complex, designed by the famous Lanzarote architect and painter César Manrique, in the center of Costa Teguise. It is well connected, close to bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The area is quiet, and the complex is even more so. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Bastián Beach.
Located on the first floor, it features an open, well-equipped kitchen.
The living room is pleasant and bright thanks to the simple decor, which is meant to evoke the sea, its light, and the calm atmosphere it exudes.
In addition, from the spacious terrace, you’ll enjoy magnificent views of both the wonderful pool and the beautiful landscaped gardens.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet.
It is fully equipped with a washing machine, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as ironing equipment, a safe, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV in the living room with international channels. Finally, it is equipped with an alarm system (optional).

We have to say our hosts were outstanding from the time we made our original booking. We have been coming to Costa Teguise for a couple of years and this was the first time staying in the Playa Bastian area and again the apartment, complex, local restaurants and bars were fantastic. The balcony overlooks the pool and has the sun all day, we will be back.

This was everything we were looking for, accurately listed and the host was most helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a nice complex.
