Estancia imposible de mejorar. La casa es una maravilla, en un lugar tranquilo, con todo lo que puedes necesitar para estar cómodo. Las estancias amplias con dos habitaciones, una matrimonial y otra con dos camas. Televisiones, lavadora, nevera, horno y microondas. Aire acondicionado que no precisamos usar, ya que no hacia tanto calor. Pero además, hay que recalcar la amabilidad de los propietarios. Pendientes de todo, super agradables y dispuestos a ayudarte a que la estancia sea perfecta. Eso es algo que nosotros al menos, valoramos muy positivamente. Lógicamente, es preciso vehículo, ya que la casa se encuentra en una pequeña población, a unos kilómetros de la carretera principal que cruza Fuerteventura. Repetiríamos sin duda.

No podemos mencionar nada. Todo fue una auténtica maravilla.

Vivenda muy completa, en un lugar tranquilo a escasos minutos de la pista principal. Con todo el menaje necesario, cuidando todos los detalles. Tiene zonas exteriores privativas de hamacas y barbacoa. No hay nada que pueda echar en falta. Lo recomiendo y volveré a reservar en mi próxima visita a la isla.

Immaculately clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen appliances looked brand new. Good bathroom with walk in shower. Nice welcoming gestures such as wine, beer, fruit etc. Quiet rural position, yet only minutes from the main road and the coast, good location for exploring the island. The owner lives next door and was very helpful, for example, when there was a power cut he was round straight away with torches. Plenty of spare towels and bedlinen and lots of covid precautions so it felt very safe.

I don't want to be too negative - but we run a holiday rental ourselves in the UK which may make us super critical and we do like to hear suggestions from our guests. This is a good house and we have booked again for next year but it could have been even better - for example, a dishwasher would be great (but would need more crockery) There is a brand new oven but with no oven shelf, just a tray, and no ovenproof dishes or oven gloves, which was a shame as we like to cook. Again, being really picky - but the lighting in the living room is extremely bright some mood lighting would be nice. Also, despite the property being marketed on booking.com as the 'whole house', the second bedroom was locked. There were only 2 of us so we didn't need it, but would have been useful so storing suitcases etc. The bed was a little too hard for me, but some people like it that way so it's difficult to please everyone. The outside space is a fairly small terrace overlooking the back of the owners house, maybe some screening to make it more private would help. Unfortunately while we were there, a garage was being built which caused some noise when the workmen turned up every weekday; hopefully that will be finished by the time we return. I hope Ivan doesn't mind these comments - they are meant to be helpful. Please don't let any of this put you off but it's good to know what to expect I think.

It is a very generously designed ground floor new building, where everything is extremely clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Iván is a nice host with a very fair approach. Meeting him and his family was very pleasant. You can also meet a local pet here - a cat named Chloe (plus several other cats from the neighborhood). She is very demanding and definitely the most competent inspector of the contents of the refrigerator on the island :-)
