Holidayhome in Tuineje near Beaches

The villa is a lovely size and very clean, in a plot with electric gate, straight off the main road. Easy access. The outside space is amazing, spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos), sunbeds, a variety of tables and chairs to use, barbecue, private. 4 bedrooms - 1 double bed with en-suite, 3 with 2 single beds each and 1 bathroom to share. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, pans, utensils etc. Shower by the pool, also indoor shower and toilet by the barbecue/pool area - but only cold water so cant be used as a third bathroom for the 4 bedrooms. A slight problem with a toilet not flushing was resolved the same day after a message to the owner, even though it was a Sunday. TV and aircon in every room. 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person. Hairdryer in the 2 bathrooms in the main villa. Pool is only small but enough to dip into to cool off if it gets too hot. It has no shallow end, so if you have little ones, you would need to be extra careful. Free wifi - but it could be intermittent. Speaker to play music outside using bluetooth which was unexpected and our teens loved! Extra blankets in every room if needed - which some of our party used to wrap around themselves to sit out more comfortably in the cooler evenings - we loved sitting out round the table, playing games and talking. The owner accommodated our late arrival as I had contacted her in advance. When we arrived at the airport, I contacted her to let her know and she sent me a google maps pin which took us directly to the villa, where we waited a few minutes for her to arrive and let us in. Easy to contact the owner via whatsapp with any issues although I do speak spanish. Maybe someone translates for her if necessary. She left us alone to enjoy our stay but was there if needed.

Although we did love our stay, and would consider using the villa again if we ever come back to Fuerteventura, these are some points to be aware of - Not enough plates, cups and glasses - to make good use of a dishwasher, more than one plate, cup etc per person is needed. There were 5 of us and although the villa takes 8 people, there were plates for 5. There was literally nothing in the kitchen, no salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. - it would be nice to have some basics for when you arrive and not have to buy bags of sugar, salt, bottles of oil etc that you are never going to use up in a few days. But maybe this is a British thing to leave some basics in the kitchen of holiday accommodation? There weren't any pegs to hang washing on the outside airer. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom - at least there were some to start with! No soap of any description anywhere. There were a few dishwasher tabs and a dishcloth and pan scrubs. A couple of tea towels. The pool was icy cold - but it was March. Just worth knowing that its not heated. Only 1 pillow per bed, most of us would have preferred 2. The 1 bathroom in the corridor, shared by the 3 bedrooms, was smaller than the en-suite in the double bedroom! Might have been difficult if we had more to our party. At the end we were given instructions to take our rubbish to the local shared bins - we had already been taking our rubbish there as we have lived in Spain and knew to do this, but we were hoping to leave the last bits there for the cleaner to sort rather than have to rush off to the bins before we filled the car with luggage and set off for the airport. Not a major issue, but worth knowing.

This was our second visit!!! This house is very big and comfortable. The amenities like tha barbecue and the pool made our Christmas stay very comfortable and special. I recommend to families and big groups! Excellent mountain views to admire with a morning coffee!

nothing to dislike - it is a dream home!

Sehr sauberes Haus. Genügend Platz in allen Räumen. Küche könnte etwas mehr Teller und Besteck haben. Aber, man kommt gut klar. Kühlschrank groß genug, alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Pool wurde einmal gereinigt und aufgefüllt.

Die Schlüsselübergabe leichtes Trauma, da die Dame nur Spanisch spricht. Da wir zwei Adressen hatten, standen wir zunächst erst vor einer Kirche, dann vor einem anderen Haus. Nach Klingeln öffnete uns ein netter Spanier in Badehose mit Grillfleisch in der Hand, welches ihm aber recht schnell, wie auch seine Gesichtszüge, fast aus den Händen glitt, da wir ihm zu verstehen gaben, er sei gerade in unserem Ferienhaus. Tja, vllt hatten wir da falsche Vokabeln. Schäm.Das könnte nicht sein, da er mit seiner ganzen Familie gerade beim Grillen sitzt und es sein Haus wäre. Uiii, Wir sollten im September wieder kommen. Grins. Er war aber soooo nett, dass er mit der Vermietungsdame lächelnd telefonierte, sich dann umgehend mit seinem Badehöschen und FlipFlops ins Auto hievte und meinte, er bringe uns jetzt ans Ziel. Ok…Straße runtergefahren….ausgestiegen, am Straßenrand in Badehose mit der Dame nochmals telefoniert und dann die kurze Strecke wieder zurück. Und siehe da, ca 300m von SEINEM Haus befand sich dann auch unser Ferienhaus. Spanier eben…immer am lachen, geil. Also, Fazit, eine Standortanfrage per WhatsApp stellen bzw sich schicken lassen. Oder den BadehosenMann treffen ;)))

Jolie maison, mal décrite sur le site : 4 chambres ( 1 suite parentale avec salle d'eau et WC) 3 chambres avec chacune 2 lits jumeaux, 1 salle d'eau avec WC. grand salon et une grande cuisine avec une arrière cuisine (machine à laver) En extérieur la piscine assez grande mais pas chauffée (17/18 degrés en janvier) , 1 salle d'eau extérieure avec WC mais sans eau chaude, un patio agréable.

Grosse galère pour l'adresse de récupération des clés, impossible à trouver même avec l'aide des locaux, 2 heures perdues à chercher à la nuit tombante ; finalement la propriétaire est venue nous les remettre à la maison directement mais les adresses mériteraient d'être plus précises. Portail automatique avec bip qui fonctionne de façon aléatoire. La situation géographique de la maison n'est pas exceptionnelle, on ne peut rien faire à pied, voiture obligatoire. Les équipements de la maison sont minimalistes pour la vie de tous les jours : vaisselle insuffisante, équipements de base( 'épluche légume ou râpe absents), pas de produits d'entretien, pas de pinces à linge pour l'étendoir extérieur trop petit, 1 drap de douche par personne pour 15 jours , c'est très insuffisant surtout avec une machine à laver inutilisable ( 1 en panne et l'autre dans un état de saleté rebutant) . dans l'arrière cuisine 2 placards cadenassés avec tout le nécessaire mais pas à disposition(serviettes et produits d'entretien et fer à repasser).1 torchon et 1 lavette pour 15 jours . Pas d'équipements style porte savon dans les douches, pas de penderie dans les chambres hormis la suite parentale, des TV grand écran dans toutes chambres !!!??? Au quotidien cela devient vite gênants tous ces manques . Aucune notice de fonctionnement de la maison , la propriétaire nous a informés 2 jours avant notre départ pour les poubelles à environ 1 km de la maison etc .... La maison est belle mais sous équipée pour y passer 15 jours et loin de tout.
