Location was very good. The appartment was spotless. All the white goods were excellent. Very easy to clean the floors.

The patio was quite small and restricted.

Brand new apartment completed to a high spec and in an excellent location. We were lucky to have the 2 bed top apartment with a terrace at both the front and the back which was great for sitting outdoors. El Cotillo is such a quiet area although some building work started nearby as we were leaving but still not too noisy. The other apartments weren't occupied (except one for a few days). The harbour is a 3 min walk and there are many restaurants and bars in walking distance, and a Superdino supermarket. You can even hear the roar of the sea if you open the window! Everything was comfortable in the apartment and beautifully clean. Really comfortable bed. Always had a parking space outside the apartment. Had great communication through WhatsApp when we first arrived and when I had some questions; superb response time. Lots of walks along the coast from the apartment and lots more in a short driving distance, even saw a Samba band practice in town (Thursday and Sunday night in Feb)

Nothing! Very minor - need bigger cups/mugs for tea/coffee and a draining board/dryer. Unsure if there's air con for the summer heat.
