Great location, very spacious apartment fully equiped (2 bedrooms, terrace, living room, plug and play kitchen). The house has everything you need, from extra blankets to woks and cooking spices.

The location was excellect. Short walk to El Cotillo castle, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bebrooms and shower rooms but as a whole is in much need of refurbishment. The sofa upholstery is rather shabby, walls peeling from damp, curtains in spare bedroom hanging off the rail, extractor not working in main showeroom therefore it gets damp and most metal fittings are rusty, toilet seat not secured, outside space shabby and rarely sunny, kitchen equipment old. On a positive note the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable with a TV in the room and a nice large screen TV in the lounge.
