About this villa rental
Casa Margarita is a completely renovated old house with ground, unique in its style. The comfort and warmth of tradition with touches of luxury and modernity!
The house is located in Villaverde, pretty rural village in the north of Fuerteventura, a few kilometers from the best beaches of the island.
The house can accommodate from 2-7 persons: plus a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, large dining room and a fully equipped, has 3 rooms:
suite n. 1: is the master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and the possibility to add or an extra bed or a cot for children!
The bathroom of this suite is the surprise that will surprise you!
Suite n. 2: the cave room. Maintains original wall structure, the feeling is of peace and quiet very relaxing. With double bed and a bed singola. Spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.
Extra Bedroom: is the smallest room without bathroom. It is equipped with a double bed. Room is perfect for younger children, you can change the bed for singola bed or cot. You can use the bathroom in one of the two suite and a toilet which is next to the kitchen.
In the garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing there is a pergola with table to enjoy meals and friendly temperatures offered our island throughout the year.

Posizione ideale x visitare l'isola, appartamento molto carino e silenzioso con cucina ben attrezzata Ci siamo stati bene in 8 persone, Rossella molto gentile e ricca di consigli. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Owner lives upstairs and responded very quickly to any questions we had but despite this proximity the villa was very private and had its own outdoor space including deckchairs and barbecue area.
It is a traditional cave style villa and as there is not central heating, we made use of the portable heaters and blankets provided. Light levels are quite low as not a lot of windows.
Kitchen well equipped with everything you might need. Oven is gas, and we needed a little assistance from the owner to get the oven going. Big fridge/freezer.
Feature bathroom is beautiful with big bathtub.
For being further inland, you get much more for your money but this does mean a car is necessary. Good supermarket and nice restaurant in walking distance. 15/20 minute drive to both El Cotillo and Corralejo/Sand Dunes. Both have parking right by the beach. Lajares is another inland village around 10/15 minutes drive and has a good a handful of surfer/tourist orientated bars, cafes, a bakery, and shops. 40 minute drive from airport on main roads.
