About this house rental
Beautiful house available for HOME OFFICE purposes as well with stable internet connection. You can work remotely while enjoying the nature and sunshine in the garden.
Located about 5 km from Tarajalejo - small fishing village with shops, bars and restaurants. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, fan and private patio with hammock and BBQ.
The space
CASA TRANQUILA TIERRA is one of the five houses integrated in finca Artis Tirma. Located about 5 kilometers of Tarajalejo, a small fishing village with different shops, a supermarket with fresh local fish and good produce, various bars and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Jandía and la Pared.
All casitas are designed by the artist Elvira Isasi inside a typical Canarian house around a large central courtyard. The artist has her workshop in one of the houses and along with Heinz hosts are engaged with love and attention to detail of the farm and visitors. The houses are named after the four elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and Moon and Spiral were added afterwards. The spirit of feng-shui, at the foot of the mountain Caracol, is seen in the light, the spaciousness and harmony of the environment. The decor is cozy and warm style, using the bright colors of the islands.
Each cottage is self-contained and has its own entrance, with its terraced garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers. It has also a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine all day long! :)
Casa Tranquila – Tierra is a bright and open space in a large room with a warm Berber atmosphere. The entrance to the house is a lovely example of an ancient courtyard protected by wooden beams. The house has a loft ambience which gives it a special charm, and allows light to filter in and throughout without obstacles or divisions. The main room has one double bed, a living room area with sofa, dining area and a bright full equipped kitchen. There is a second room is the bedroom with a double bed and a relax corner to enjoy the view to the nature, read a book or watch TV. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and accessories such as mirror and hair dryer.
This home will invite you to enjoy a relaxing and romantic stay in with its quietness and bright ambience and with a quick access to the large central courtyard of native plants and trees.
* The house is fully equipped with bedding, towels and everything needed for the kitchen.
In case you would need any extra equipment or tool please ask us (beach towels, hair dryers, extra beds, etc) . We will be happy to provide you with it. We have everything needed for babies upon request: changing tables, table chairs, boogie strollers, cribs and bedding and toys.
* WiFi internet, unlimited and excellent connection available.

The Finca Artis Tirma is a magical and original place, ideal for rest and relax in the sun and also to explore the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. Here, accompanied by the energy of the elements that give name to our Casitas (Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and later was added Moon and Spiral ) visitors can reconnect with Mother Earth and the universe. From the estate you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, relax in the pyramid of meditation and take a walk in the labyrinth and feel the energy of the cosmograms in the geomantic circle created by the artist Marko Pogacnik in his project “The healing of the Earth”.
Artis Tirma is ecological and works 100% on renewable energies (wind and solar). We recycle everything we can (water, waste). We develop projects around a synergic garden and about the local flora and fauna.

* If you arrive with a pet please include in your request the breed, age and size. Depending on other reservations with children we are not always able to welcome bigger dogs. Additional charge: 5-8€/night/pet

Im November haben wir eine Woche in der Casa Tierra bei Elvira und Heinz verbracht.
Die Lage etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes Tarajalejo ist schön ruhig, jedoch kan man von hier aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände gut erreichen.
Dicht bei der Casa ist eine Tankstelle mit einem Bistro, wo man morgens schon frische (eventuell belegte) Brötchen holen kann, um den Tag so richtig gut zu beginnen.
Im Dorf selbst gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und einige gute Restaurants.
Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und hell, farbenfroh und freundlich eingerichtet; es bietet Platz für vier Gäste. Die Terrasse de Appartements liegt im Patio; hier hat man alle Ruhe und Privacy, da die Terrassen der anderen Appartemente zu anderen Seiten ausgerichtet sind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, alles was man nötig hat kann man hier finden. Und wenn nicht, dann sind die liebenswürdigen Gastgeber Elvira und Heinz immer bemüht mit Rat und Tat behilflich zu sein. Um zur Ruhe zu kommen haben wir auch dankbar Gebrauch gemacht von Pyramide und dort regelmässig meditiert.
Ein echter Höhepunkt war der von Elvira und Heiz initiierte Paëlla-Abend: einmal die echte Spanische Küche kosten, zusammen mit unseren Gastgebern und den anderen Gästen. Durch die inspirierenden Gespräche was dies nicht allein kulinarisch ein Genuss!
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Fuerteventura reisen, dann wird es ganz sicher wieder die Casa Tierra bei ArtisTirma!
