Unfortunately, I have to leave a rather negative review of this property. Firstly, there was a serious issue with our check-in. We arrived at 15:00, which was the stated check-in time on Booking.com. We had carefully planned our journey, including a visit to a family member in the hospital, so timing was important. However, it was extremely difficult to find the location due to a poorly translated apartment description, it was clearly run through Google Translate and barely understandable. Not a huge deal in itself, but frustrating. When we finally located the building, we found no key in the lockbox. I messaged the host, who replied that the cleaning lady was away and hadn’t finished cleaning yet (???). I tried to clarify what the actual problem was, because we arrived at the exact check-in time and the flat should have been ready. The host asked if we could come back in two hours (!!) or leave our luggage at a nearby bike shop. I completely lost my temper at that point. I’ve traveled a lot and have never experienced anything like this. Then the story kept changing — suddenly the cleaning lady wasn't away but “on her way,” and “would be there soon” and "the flat is ready and clean". I asked why she hadn’t left the key in the box, knowing that we were arriving. The whole situation was absurd. Eventually, he came himself and handed us the keys. But when we entered, towels were still lying around — he quickly picked them up and said there had been a mistake in the system, and that Booking.com showed we were arriving the next day. Despite this chaotic check-in, my rating is not solely based on that. The main reason for the low score is the overall cleanliness of the flat, which was shockingly poor. I honestly have no idea what the cleaning lady is doing, but I strongly recommend the host hire a new one or schedule a thorough deep cleaning. The floors were filthy, with dust and hair everywhere in both the bathroom and the main room.

Parking is really a problem there....because the public parking garage is closing 8pm and opening the morning 8am you have to be inventive to manage where you leave the car.
