Location, facility was new, lot of towels, small things like drinkable water, detergent for dishwasher. Everything was perfectly clean except flour - there was some dust. For me it is no problem, but for my 9 month baby would be better no dust. Good sound isolation from outside. We asked for baby-bed and we got it. Thanks a lot!
No instruction how to use recuperation, potable water has some swamp smell, bedroom was too bright (glass wall let all light from living room), hot water comes from local boiler, so it is easy to deplete it.

Central location, spacious apartment
In my case, apartment had micro size terrace. Other apartment had really huge terrace kt balcony. If that’s important to you - make sure you book the right apartment

The location is convenient with a parking space, which is a big plus. For those who can't stand summer heat there's an A/C.
The apartment was quite dirty (the rug in the living room should be deep cleaned or removed altogether, which we tried to do but found many more dust and sand underneath). The kitchen is lacking equipment (i.e., there's only one knife, no coffee pot, no kitchen towels..), so there's room for improvement. As for the bedroom, it is a very small room with no window, so not to our liking, but might not be an issue for else.
