The property is located in a very quiet place, directly on the bank of the Minija River. The parking lot is spacious enough. The dining room on the ground floor may accommodate lots of people. Unfortunately, there are no options to buy any foodstuff nearby, so one should take care of the food supply before arriving at the property. Also, no restaurant or pub can be found nearby; the closest place is Šilute, a 0.5 h driving distance, and its kitchen closes at 10 p.m.
There is only one key for the main entrance. If you take it with you to your room, other guests will not be able to enter the building. The bathroom is used jointly by two rooms. It is not an issue if there are only a few guests, as in our case. Otherwise, I'd expect a private bathroom for EUR 100 per night for two persons.
