Wyberton House Holiday Lets

Been to Woad Mill about 6 times in the last few years. The apartment has been upgraded since our last stay with addition of a full sized freezer, ninja air fryer, wine fridge and some other bits and pieces, makes it feel like home from home. The property is beautiful. It’s furnished to a high standard.

We stayed in Rosemary and the parking is a little tight as it’s close to the fence.

Lovely little apartment. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing.

I absolutely loved this property. The decor and facilities were immaculate and a perfect combination of modern comforts and design without losing the rustic countryside charm of the property and surrounding buildings. Everything was spotless and so homely with the added luxury of the hot tub and sauna. And it’s only a 7 minute drive both to the rural RSPB Frampton Marsh reserve and local shops so it’s a brilliant location. The countryside views were beautiful and I could hear the gaggle of wintering Brent geese over on the reserve just from the parking area. The hosts were brilliant and very accommodating to us and also allow dogs here which is great - the basket with dog towels and a blanket were a lovely touch. I’ve been raving about this place and would 110% book this again if I’m returning to the area for work.

There was nothing I didn’t like! There was a great paddock opposite the property that we could take our dogs in but I don’t think they were allowed off the lead from the instructions. So a place for them to run free would be very useful but there’s nice walks in the area. This rule definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though.

absolutely gorgeous to be looking over the field. beautiful location for people wanting to get away from the city.

the property was nice but the attention to detail was a little lack as cracked shower, ceiling in kitchen cracked. there was quite a few spiders when we arrived and several flies as windows were open. The hot tubs weren’t labelled very clear so ours had been used. also washing up in the dishwasher when arrived.
