Everything was perfect during our stay. We especially loved the warm hospitality and the beautiful attention to detail regarding our wedding anniversary celebration. Everything was good
The only issue was the valet service. It took over 30 minutes to get my car. I understand it was Eid season and the hotel was busy, but the waiting time was still too long.

The valet were fast and reliable, the reception were very accomadating. The room was very clean and spotless. I have a previus nightmare of a visit in another hotel and there was hair on my bed. The rotana hotel does not have that its very clean, all the ammenties were there. Toothbrush and all. And the room was really spacious and there was the best soundproofing.
There was a wedding in the yard by the pool the music was really loud. We checked out because we could not sleep. But its fine i will visit again

Valet parking
I booking through booking.com amd it clearly showed pay at propert however i received email to make payment in advance
On contacting property customer service i was still pushed to pass by before checkin to pay or pay online which eventually i was forced to do
Property didnt fullfil commitment on clause to pay at property
