    IntercityHotel Dubai Al Jaddaf has a good location and the stay was generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Parking was very inconvenient and poorly managed, which made arrival and departure stressful. There was also no bellboy assistance, so guests need to handle their own luggage. Another downside was the limited drinking water provided, which felt a bit stingy for a hotel stay. Overall, it is acceptable, but the service could definitely be improved.

    This is my second time staying in this hotel but it will be my last Reason 1: room cleanliness Reason 2: poor service Reason 3: related to the reason that any normal request from the staff there answer is on (sorry but we are 3 star hotel)!!!! The bare minimum in Dubai with a three star hotel, they will offer a luggage assist which they don't have.
