2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean and comfortable beds. Free underground parking.
Amazing views from the 41st floor!
There is construction around the property. You can hear the banging on the 41st floor! Work is going on even on weekends and at night.
You can hear the upstairs tenants moving chairs and furniture loudly. Very annoying and scares the kids when they’re sleeping.
No coffee/nespresso machine.
No valet parking.
Breakfast is very limited and very crowded. Staff at breakfast can be more attentive.

Whole team is great as always. Jhon made us possible early check in as he knew we had a long flight to dubai. Could not be better

staff especially Dennis and the pool bar Charles who I have not seen for a long time
when i arrived I had asked for a 9am early check in but had to wait until 11.30 in reception after having traveled all night so was very tired.
also the constant building site that the hotel has become in the last several months is annoying now and inconvenient especially at the pool area and although the outside is being addressed they need to work on re doing the inside of the rooms as they are all now shabby with multiple things that do not work properly
